Loved my stay here! The apartment was super clean, beautifully decorated, and felt really welcoming. The host was very proactive and easy to communicate with, which made everything so smooth. The location was perfect too as its in a lively area with heaps to do and so many options for places to eat. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Would 100% stay again!

Ivor was very responsive from the time we booked the apartment till check-out. Key collection is easy with very clear instructions given. Apartment is per the photos, very well decorated, neat & cosy. Furnishings are new, crockeries, bed linens, towels all very clean. Smart TV with internet access. Host also provided complimentary coffee capsules, teabags & condiment for cooking. Beautiful view at the top floor. Transport is super convenient with Southern Cross station & free city tram stop all within 5min walk. My family has a comfy stay here for 10days. 👍👍

Perfect location. The place was beautiful and exactly as described. Very comfortable bed. Communication with hosts was quick and friendly and very clear instructions. I would highly recommend and will definitely stay again in the future.

What a diamond of a place! Absolutely loved my stay - it had such a special energy and the surrounding areas are gorgeous. I went for lots of lovely walks and also enjoyed just relaxing in the space. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Julie's place was fantastic! The apartment was immaculately clean and beautifully styled! It is in the best location, with some of Melbourne's best pubs, bars, restaurants and shops at the door step. With trams a short walk down the street, we were able to trip around town easily. Julie was a wonderful host, providing everything that we would want to enjoy our stay. Her communication was prompt and she is very friendly. We stayed for 3 weeks and can definitely recommend this apartment for a short or long stay.

Apartment is beautiful with amazing view from the 70th floor. Very clean and new just as pictured. It is conveniently located within walking distance to the CBD where most great restaurants and cafes are located, with Coles just across the road. Will stay here again.

David’s apartment was fab. I was there for 2 weeks and felt like a true local. It’s such a cool building with the large ceilings and warehouse vibe. It’s steps away from the station, right next to all the great eats of Swan st and just such a great vibe. Despite its proximity to the hustle and bustle, it’s mostly a quiet place, with the usual day-to-day sounds from the upstairs neighbours now and then. It’s an old building so it’s to be expected. It was pretty chilly weather when I stayed but the reverse cycle warmed it pretty well. Also it’s really equiped for long term stays. The washer/dryer was fab, great kitchen and Coles is 5 mins walk away so you’ve got groceries close by. Oh and Hectors Deli is 1 mins away, great for Sunday pastries and coffee! David & Diedre were great hosts. This is a perfect location if you want to experience all that this great part of Melbourne has to offer (great food, coffee, shops etc etc). Easy walk into the City, MCG etc…loved it

Firstly, the photos do not do it justice. The location is amazing, and the interior design of the airbnb is cosy and a vibe. Helen and Amy were extremely responsive and accommodating to our arrival time and helped make sure check in went smoothly. The airbnb itself was well stocked, above what was expected, it's like every little thing had been thought out. We definitely thought it was worth the price we paid and would stay again! I stayed in Amy & Saxon's place for a week with a 6-month old and it was brilliant value - the location is excellent, the size was generous, the bed & sofa were both very comfortable, the amenities well considered - everything you want (a bath! a full sized fridge! an enormous wardrobe! a fully equipped kitchen! a washing machine!), and it is so warm with personal touches. I absolutely loved the afternoon light in the front room each day. Thanks for having us, we'll be back!

Beautiful apartment with great amenities. It was challenging to locate the place initially with 3 towers close to each other but got around it with the help of the shop staff nearby. As it’s close to the train and police stations, traffic sounds were audible at night. Else an amazing apartment with great furnishings that’s near the central area.

Had an amazing stay with a very beautiful view of port Philip. Host instructions were clear, checked in and out was seamless. Super cozy house and was well equipped with washing machine, dryer and other kitchen equipment. Host even provided bread, butter and other sauces for us to help ourself with. Highly recommend this place to all coming to Melbourne! :)

We had a thoroughly delightful stay at this wonderful urban oasis! Well-situated so we could get right out into the thick of all that Fitzroy has to offer, but also tucked away for quiet and privacy--it was perfect. The space itself was functional, vibrant, comfortable, and fun to hang out in. Sickness prevented me from going out one day, and it was as lovely to hang out inside as it might have been fun to go out! Sarah was an extremely kind and flexible host, granting us early check-in when requested. She was quick to respond to our messages and questions, and fun to bump into as we were coming and going. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we loved it and hope we can come back someday!

Thankyou Alix & Taj, we loved your place, unfortunately for us we didn't get to experience it fully as were at a conference from early till late. We do hope to comeback and enjoy again soon. Carolyn, Laura, Patty & Kristina.

Top location, amazing views. Easy access checkin we have stayed in other apartments in South Bank that have 30 mins of building induction. Great self service apartment. Some basics left in fridge and pantry as complimentary. Mary was in touch the whole time to answer any questions we might have had (but didn't have any)

Wonderful experience. From first communication to the last, Henfry was friendly, courteous and proactive. Directions for parking and accessing the unit were clear and easy. The unit itself was clean, well stocked and comfortable. Lovely views with good wifi. Good heating for a cold few days! Beds were comfortable and the tram (free tram zone) was just outside the front door making the CBD easily accessible. Great place to stay! Highly recommended

Thanks Fil for an amazing stay, photos were pretty much exactly what was in the listing, and the view of South Melbourne from the apartment was such a great touch and a nice change from the hustle and bustle of the city, though the location was also really convenient, very near to the tram stop. Apartment was clean and so comfortable, the kids had a great time!

Vintage Melbourne available at a great price! The location is excellent. Within walking distance to all St. Kilda has to offer as well as easy access to public transportation. Parking was always available in front of the house but the option for a private spot is included. Great value!

Luxurious, very clean apartment with an amazing skyline view!

Great location close to public transport, restaurants, cafes and shopping. Easy to navigate and in a nice area. Loved that it was also pet friendly and our pup enjoyed staying with us on our trip. The apartment was also very clean and tidy with 2 sets of keys provided making it easy and stress free when travelling with others
