A wonderful little miner’s cottage located in the village of Llanhilleth in Blaenau Gwent. It's just a couple of minutes off the A467 bypass (A467 is NOT 20mph from M4 J28). Great for visiting the local tourists attractions, such as the UNESCO Blaenavon World Heritage center, the Brecon Beacons, castles, roman ruins and St. Fagans. Fast road to the M4 if visiting the coast. Dogs are welcome. Free on street parking and the local valley train to Cardiff Central Station just 6 mins walk away.

We have the best of both worlds, stunning countryside & easy access to local amenities. We’re on Domen Fawr which is over 1653ft high. At the top you can see Pen y Fan & central Brecons. Heads of the Valley is nearby & provides great access across South Wales. Cardiff is an hour away by train. We are a quiet retreat, ideal for walkers, young families or couples wanting a relaxing, peaceful break. Pets are welcome but there are additional charges. Please ask us in advance as we have our own dogs.

The view. The view. The view. This little miners cottage with large picture window offers views across the picturesque village of Six Bells and the valley beyond. It is just 20 minutes to the Beacons and nestled into one of the prettiest wooded hillsides in the area. The house itself is pleasant, warm and welcoming, providing everything you could need for your stay. The lower floor has oak floors, while the upper floor has toasty wool carpets for a cosy stay.
