Stay in the heart of Ketchum at this cozy studio condo, perfectly located for both adventure and relaxation. Just steps away you will find bars, restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, skiing, tennis/pickleball, parks, bike/hiking trails and more. The comfortable bed and large kitchen are great but the highlight of this condo is the private patio view of Bald Mountain where you can enjoy coffee/cocktail while taking in the stunning view. Morning sun rises and evening sun sets will not disappoint.

A bright living area features a red couch positioned before a wooden coffee table. An abstract artwork hangs above the couch, with circular designs in gold and teal shades. Two small plants in decorative woven pots are placed on either side of the couch, adding a touch of nature.

From winter sports to summer golf, mountain biking and music festivals (did we mention year-round ice-skating?) stay at this Elkhorn studio close to skiing, downtown and amenities. Things our guests love: heated underground parking spot, seasonal hot tub & pool, paid laundry down the hall, free shuttle pickup out front to get around the valley, fully equipped to cook, new "Purple" mattress, etc.

A light-filled studio condo features a spacious bed, flanked by matching lamps on wooden nightstands. A comfortable couch with textured cushions sits to the side. Sliding glass doors open to a deck, allowing for a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor spaces.

Walk to gondola, Mountain View amazing condo

This luxury condo has top-of-the line furnishings, new king bed, spacious deck, full kitchen, in-unit W/D, parking and it’s steps from the bike path, the Wood River and Sun Valley gondola. It’s just a few blocks from town, with a pool (summer) /hot tub (non-summer) and direct Mountain Views. Secure parking. Service/emotional support animals welcome with a cleaning fee if needed. We can provide a roll away single bed for a linen fee.

Beautiful Baldy View-Cottonwoods-Resort Access

Updated top floor condo is a few minutes walk from the historic Sun Valley Resort. Fantastic view of Baldy ski/bike mountain and surrounding mountain from the inside of the condo as well as the deck. 2 bath (hard to find) 1 bedroom with King bed and also a Murphy Queen bed in common area. Please note that the condo is on the 3rd floor, there is not an elevator so please be comfortable climbing stairs :)
