Wat een prachtige locatie! Het is een uniek en karakteristiek pand, waar wij ons meteen heel prettig voelden. Het heeft een heerlijke tuin met privé zwembad, dat is pas genieten. Ons dochtertje, van net 1 jaar, kon in de tuin leren lopen 🙂 De accomodatie ligt in het kleine dorpje Roucy, waarvandaan je zo de champagneroute oprijdt en de mooie omgeving inrijdt. Wij hebben ontzettend genoten en komen graag nog een keer terug. Dankjewel Régine!

Our stay was absolutely amazing. A Nice garden with BBQ and pool🤩. We even bought some Champagne from the owners that tasted Great! Would recommend!

Le logement est très fonctionnel et bien équipé, avec de nombreux éléments essentiels à disposition, comme le sel, le poivre, etc. La piscine est sans aucun doute un véritable atout, qui a grandement contribué à la qualité de notre séjour. Yannis a eu une attention délicate à notre égard qui nous a particulièrement touchés. Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable et reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour grâce à Adèle. La maison est parfaite pour accueillir plusieurs familles avec enfants. Tout est bien pensé et le grand jardin avec le terrain de volley est un vrai plus ! Merci encore à Alain pour son accueil et sa flexibilité.

Erg aardige gastheer en vrouw. het huisje was van alle gemakken voorzien en we hebben enorm genoten van het zwembad en de jaquzzi. Een oase van rust. De tuin is waanzinnig en netjes bijgehouden. We mochten kersjes proeven van de kersenbomen. We waren op doorreis, maar een tweede nachtje had ons erg leuk geleken. We komen hopelijk een keertje terug.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Maryline. Elle était très acceuillante et la maison était magnifique ! Nous avons adoré les petites touches de décoration que Maryline a apporté, c'était fait avec beaucoup de goût. Le jacuzzi, le baby-foot et le billard etaient super aussi! Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir car nous avons passé un super weekend dans ce petit coin de paradis !

Diana und Julien haben da ein kleines Stück Paradies geschaffen. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön, die Pflanzen machen das ganze sehr gemütlich und Dampfbad und Whirlpool sorgen für ein Luxusgefühl. Auf Nachrichten haben sie sehr schnell reagiert. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und wären gerne noch länger geblieben.

Lovely place to stay, in the heart of the Champagne region. Comfortable and well equipped apartment. Sauna a plus, but spent most of our time exploring the many champagne houses. Fantastic that the apartment is pet friendly. Nearest vineyard for walks is under 5 minutes away. Would recommend.

belle maison, parfaitement équipée. De grandes chambres confortables, belles salles de bains, espace extérieur appréciable. Environnement très calme. Proche du vignoble et d'Epernay, idéal pour rayonner. Réjane nous a très bien accueilli.

Avec 2 couples d’amis avec bébés, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette grande maison proposée par Céline. La pièce de vie est très spacieuse et permet aisément de vivre à 6 adultes avec enfants et le billard est un gros plus pour les soirées ! Tous les équipements sont modernes/neufs et de qualité, Céline a même pu nous fournir 2 chaises hautes pour enfants. Le logement était parfait, propre, et Céline très disponible. Nous avons même pu visiter sa cave de champagne à 2 pas du logement ! Merci pour ce séjour !

Gerard’s house was excellent. It had all required amenities and was beautifully clean. It had 3 large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The house has plenty of character and has a great location in the country side. The views over the vineyards were amazing. It was only a short drive to Epernay with plenty of cute villages nearby.. One of our party has difficulty with stairs, so found the spiral staircase with rope bannister tricky. Note all bedrooms are upstairs. I highly recommend this accommodation.

We were blown away by the very high standard of accommodation and decor. It was immaculately clean and was obviously well looked after, both inside and in the wonderful courtyard garden area outside. We loved it. When we arrived Sandrine had left a few tasty morsels along with their house champagne, which we all very much enjoyed. So much so that we ordered a few bottles more their 'Special' Brut. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Les Chapitres and both Sandrine and Jean Robert were wonderful hosts.

Nous avons passé un super week-end avec nos amis chez Laurence. La maison etait impeccable, très bien équipée et pratique avec des enfants (jardin et jeux). Laurence a été très disponible et agréable, merci !

Un super séjours pour un week end entre amis dans une maison magnifique au milieu de la verdure. Le maison a beaucoup de caractère, chaque pièce est correctement agencé. Toutes les équipements sont à disposition pour passer un excellent séjour je recommande vivante 😊

sejour 2 nuits entre amis dans cette maison rénovée avec goût dans le style régional. Logement accueillant et très propre Tout y est bien pensé. Les chembres avec leur propre salle de bain et toilettes sont appréciables et la literie très confortable. Joel est un hôte discret mais réactif et fort sympathique. Nous recommandons ce logement pour les amateurs de calme et tranquillité. Merci Joël.

We spent 3 nights at Eric’s Airbnb and had a wonderful time. The outdoor space is the perfect place to relax at the end of the day and the apartment was very clean, comfortable and well done. Location was great as well and easily walkable to the avenue of champagne

Wij verbleven afgelopen weekend met 8 meiden in Épernay en hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf. Maud en Simon waren ontzettend vriendelijk en we voelde ons hartelijk welkom in het huis. We kregen leuke tips over de omgeving! Zeker een aanrader om dit huis te boeken voor een gezellig verblijf.

Place was wonderful to stay and reach all the necessary places in the Champagne region. Communication was clear. Had no problems.

This was such a beautiful home, completely different to anywhere we've ever stayed before. Our kids adored it, we played hide and seek in all the different rooms. Nice big kitchen and plenty of utensils to cook. Pierre-Noel was very responsive to any questions before and during the trip. No toiletries (soap, shampoo) and limited cleaning supplies and toilet paper were provided, but that wasn't a problem, we planned to grocery shop anyway. We are looking forward to returning!
