A colorful, non-smoking apartment renovated in 2021 with a separate entrance. The apartment is quietly located, close to the city and spacious (65 sqm). The center can be reached in about 15 minutes' walk or you can walk 2 minutes to the bus stop. The apartment is suitable for 2-4 people. There is a bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. In addition, you use a kitchen, bathroom, dining room, hallway and storage room. A children's travel bed and high chair are available on request.

Mit dem Bus (die Bushaltestelle Drielake liegt ca 4-5 Minuten fußläufig entfernt) seid ihr in maximal 10 Minuten am Bahnhof und in der Stadt. Mit dem Fahrrad geht’s genauso schnell. Bis zur Uni dauert es ca 25 Minuten. Für Familien mit Kindern gibt es am Ende unserer Sackgasse einen schönen, großen Spielplatz, mitten im Grünen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (penny, Combi, Lidl) sind in Laufnähe.

Das Ferienhaus liegt am Rande einer bewaldeten privaten Wochenendsiedlung. Es ist großzügig geschnitten, hell, modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Paradiesisch ist es dort zu jeder Jahreszeit & perfekt für eine kurze oder längere Auszeit in der Idylle! Für die Sommermonate gibt es ein hauseigenes Standup-Paddling Board (SUP).
