The lake house - our gem!

Sjöstugan - our pearl right by the lake! Private house with sleeping loft, kitchen, beautiful large room with fireplace and view of the lake. Wood-fired sauna with a dip in the lake right next door. Hot tub on the jetty - always warm. Swimming dock 5 meters outside the door. Access to a boat. If you want to buy a fishing license, contact the host. Wood for the fireplace and sauna is included. The yard is fenced all the way to the lake and our Beagle dog Vide is often loose outside. He's nice. Use of bed linens and towels, as well as cleaning, is included.

The old Brewery at Agdatorp Manor

The Brygghuset at Agdatorp is probably the farm's oldest house dating back to the 1700s. It has been newly renovated into a guest house with two bedrooms, bathroom, large kitchen and patio, all in the old farmhouse with nice views to the west. The house is winterized and heated with an air pump, oil element and floor heating in the bathroom. There is also a wood-burning fireplace for extra cozy warmth. The house is rural with walking distance to forest and swimming lake. The archipelago with excursion destinations is only a few kilometers away by car.

Modern house with all the comforts. The house is in a southwest location with some sea views. Large 90 m2 terrace with barbecue, wood-fired pizza oven and table for 6 people. There are several nice swimming areas with smaller sandy beaches in the area (100-1000 m). A simple rowing boat with a 5 hp motor is available down by the beach. Launched between June and the end of August. (otherwise on request) The house's lush location makes it cool even during the midsummer. Good fishing waters where you can catch pike, perch, cod, etc.

Take a break and unwind in this peaceful oasis with beautiful views of the sea. Hörvik is a wonderful little fishing village with many beautiful houses and walking paths. An idyllic place all year round! The house is next to a nature reserve and only 50 meters to its own jetty. Hörvik has its own fish restaurants, ice cream kiosk, beaches and gym with sea view. 10 minutes away by car is a supermarket with grocery store, restaurant, pharmacy and several shops. Sölvesborg is a 20-minute drive away, a beautiful picturesque town.

Wonderful cottage in fantastic nature by the lake Halen

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. With nature as a neighbor and the lake outside the door, just relax. Enjoy fishing, hiking, paddling, swimming and everything else nature has to offer. The cabin is located all by itself on a headland. There is one bedroom and a sofa bed. Electricity is available and all amenities such as fully-equipped kitchen, fridge, freezer, stove and contemporary decor. No running water, but water is available in a can. Drain is in the kitchen. There is a chemical toilet but no shower.

Newly built holiday home with proximity to sea and forest

Newly built holiday home in Vettekulla, 6 km from Karlshamn city center. Here you live with the forest around the corner and about 300 meters to the sea and renovated jetty. Nearby are a marina, fish smokehouse and restaurants. During the summer months, you can easily get out to the islands in the beautiful archipelago with the archipelago boat from Matvik. Nice walking trails are directly adjacent to the house. For rent to well-behaved couples and families with children older than 6 years.

Very nice location close to forest and sea

Peaceful accommodation for the small family, surrounded by unique stone farmhouses. Here you will live close to the sea, nature trails and a popular quarry with clear water. Fully equipped kitchen for those interested in cooking and walking distance to sea camping with several facilities. One double bedroom and also a sofa bed for two in the living room. Patio facing the forest for morning sun and a sheltered balcony in the evening sun on the front. Perfect for relaxing and adventure!

Svarta House - Silent Nature

The house is located right next to the forest. People who come here for the first time often say that the surroundings remind them of the tales of Astrid Lindgren. Just 2 km away you have access to a lake with sauna (shared with others) that you can use for free. On agreement you can charge your electric vehicle at our place (200 meters away) with type 2 , 11kW for 3sek/kW. Towels/linens are NOT included, but can be provided for 150 SEK/person. Cleaning can be added for 1500sek.

Welcome to Ängsjömåla

Cabin with private location located on part of plot with possibility to borrow a rowing boat. The plot borders the lake, forest and fields. The property is shared with me, but you have the entire lakeside section of the property for yourselves to enjoy. In the meadows/fields, you can see deer, and if you're lucky, you might even spot moose. There are hiking opportunities. As a guest, you can come to Ängsjömåla year-round to relax and recharge your batteries.
