This is a modern cosy home with open plan living & exceptional indoor/outdoor flow for enjoying the beautiful Marlborough weather, it is a great place for 1 or 2 parents in the main room and 1 or 2 children in the single bed room, it is also very suitable for 2 couples with having 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms both with TVs, there is a small supermarket within 5 mins walk, bar & restaurant within 2 mins walk or the main town centre would be 10 - 15mins walk away, it is very handy to all amenities

Such a cute and cosy place to stay! I had one night here staying after a wine tour and it was a perfect place to chill out. Peter was great at communicating and let me drop off my bags early before my tour and made me feel very welcome. I enjoyed the teas on offer and it was also very close to a Woolworths to get some snacks. Definitely recommend :)

Helen was so kind & checked in on me every day to see how I was feeling & if there was anything I needed. The memento from Bill was very thoughtful & will be well used. Absolutely perfect property and location. Extremely well presented and very peaceful. Megan is an excellent host, very helpful and kind. Megan let us borrow her kayaks & helped us with them. She also brought baked treats for us to try. We wished we could have stayed longer.
