Apartment holiday rentals in Block Island Sound

This was our first Airbnb stay and it was outstanding! Heather was so hospitable and the attention to detail was amazing! From the great communication to the thoughtful details of a personalized welcome card, to snacks, to ammenities she thought of everything, and I do mean everything! I work in customer service and it means alot when someone goes above and beyond for their guests. The cleanliness of the space was beyond my expectations, and I am picky! She was so kind and welcoming, we will definitely be back. We will be spoiled by this perfect experience, we just wish we had more time to enjoy the lovely back yard as well. Ammenities beyond compare should be the name of Heather's place! We will make up a reason to come to RI to stay here :-)

We had such a fun and memorable stay at this unique home! The layout was so interesting ,with a spiral staircase leading up to the attic, where there were two cozy rooms and a small library that we absolutely loved exploring. It added such a charming touch to the whole experience. The house was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. The views of the beach were absolutely beautiful …waking up to that was such a treat! The owner was lovely -very pleasant, helpful, and gave us some great recommendations on things to do in the area, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a wonderful stay in a one-of-a-kind house, and we’d absolutely love to come back again!

One of the most beautiful and comfortable places I've stayed on Block Island. Lovely deck, views of the ocean on 3 sides of the home, spacious, artistic, comfortable bed.

Definitely a space with great level of thoughts and details makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. Surrounded by the nature, you can immerse yourself in the beautiful mountain view and bird chirps, very peaceful and tranquil. We saw deers walking by, rabbit hiding in bush from raining, and a little chipmunk busy around the house all the time. Thanks Katey for sharing her beautiful home and being a great host, super responsive and provides lots of useful information. We had an amazing time!

Want to stay in a quaint and quiet place that walkable to a Beach? Look no further to this Place. Set inside a classic brick building, this has such character and the Heart of the Town is only no more than one block away. So many places walkable for here and this is a very close knit Community! I would be more than happy to return here again! Thank you so much for hosting!

This was a great place for my daughter and I to stay during our college tour trip. It’s only a 10 minute drive to URI and much nicer than a hotel. The apartment is super cute, well equipped and very clean. William is very responsive and helpful. Happy to know it’s there in case my daughter decides to go to URI . I’d definitely book again.

Jennifer’s place was perfect. Great location. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Very new and spotlessly clean. Will definitely return.

Beautiful location, love the the access to the lake as well to multiple activities in the private backyard. Great walking distance to the beach which was accessible at any time of day and night. Friendly environment, a lot of local moments throughout the day making the area felt alive even in off season. Close enough to the casinos, local restaurants and activities. Premises was quiet at night, didn’t hear other units other than light foot steps, as a light sleeper I had no problems having a good nights rest.

Our stay at this lovely Mystic apartment was nothing short of perfect. The location near the river made for a peaceful and scenic escape, and it was just a short walk to everything—shops, restaurants, and the mystic drawbridge. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated with charming coastal touches. I especially loved enjoying my morning coffee on the front porch. We took the kayaks out for a paddle right from the end of the street from property—such a peaceful way to experience the Mystic River!

The location is amazing! It’s just a quick walk from downtown Mystic but also far enough that it still feels private and very quiet. The apartment was also super clean. The furniture wasn’t the most comfortable and the bathroom is small, but we didn’t spend much time there as there was so much to do in town. Highly recommend this place if you plan on exploring. Huge benefit that it is also pet friendly!

Great place to stay. Very easy to get to and instructions from Kevin were clear. There are restaurants nearby within walking distance and it was a good neighborhood overall.

Patricia was responsive. The apartment was immaculate. It was clean, comfortable and private. This is a full size apartment with plenty of room. The garden at the apartment is absolutely beautiful. Now let’s talk about location. Take a short walk to a breathtaking park or a 10 minute walk into town. Whether you want to have dinner or enjoy shops and bookstores, this is the place to be. I absolutely loved it. Patricia is a great host. I highly recommend this property.

Great place! The apartment was spotless and had so many thoughtful touches—a charging station with multiple cords, snacks, toiletries, stamps and postcards, even a couple of cannolis when we arrived. We were impressed. They were also super responsive and friendly throughout our stay and checkout was very easy.

Beautiful interior. Comfy bed and beautiful bathroom. I felt like I was Audrey Hepburn. Area is convenient and you are literally in walking distance of everything. I loved this experience it was beautiful. Thank you!

Had a great stay. Jamie was helpful and responded quickly, and accommodated us kindly. The house is very close to the ferry, which made the trek with luggage very easy. The house is one lot from the ocean, and hot tub on the roof has a great view. The mattress was also really great, sleeping well isn’t usually in the Pines experience but it was a highlight this trip

I had a great time staying here. A lovely and quiet retreat. Douglas and his family were very friendly and responsive to any needs I had. The place was tidy and clean and the grounds around the house were beautiful! Will definitely be back!

This place was great! Conveniently located outside the city close to many T stations. The hosts were proactive communicators and very helpful! Beach access, hot tub, pool, local shops, it was the perfect spot for a getaway.

Wonderful place,enjoyed my stay

My husband and I and our small dog had a fantastic stay. Sharon accommodated a (very!) early morning checkin time and was very responsive and clear throughout our stay. The unit suited our needs well and we absolutely loved spending time in the back patio/garden area.

My sister and I had a short overnight stay and we absolutely loved it! It’s such a cute place. It was just as described and perfect for the night. The host was very quick and responsive to our inquiries. The building is very easy to find and we felt safe with security in the building. The neighborhood is nice. The day of check out we walked around and ate at a local restaurants. We definitely will be back and recommend!
