Our 2 bedroom + 1 bathroom cozy & clean bungalow (plus pull out sofa bed) sleeps 6 guests. This cottage is in a quiet subdivision, 2nd row back with Waterview. It has air conditioning, Wifi, BBQ and a bonfire pit to enjoy the beautiful summer evenings with a screened in porch. We are 5 minutes away from Mill River golf course, spa, pool, and tennis courts. Beautiful waterfront cottage located on Mill River. The property sleeps up to 8 people with 2 bedrooms containing 3 queen beds and a bunkie with 2 bunk beds. The yard has a bonfire pit and access to stairs down to the beach where you can dig clams or go kayaking (we have 6).
