This home has a split floor plan. Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own TV and a ceiling fan. There are also 2 additional TVs in the living rooms . There is a screened in lanai so you can enjoy the Florida weather without the bugs. The house is nestled in a family oriented neighborhood just 10 min. away from Westfield shopping mall or Brandon Hospital. And just a 14 drive to Hard Rock!! It is also minutes away from the Selmon expressway, I-75 & I-4 making Tampa and all its amenities a quick drive.

Beautiful Waterfront Single Family home on the Alafia River leading to Tampa Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. Bring your boats, jetskis, Kayaks, water toys, fishing rods, etc. Riverview Civic Center and Boat Ramp is literally a couple of blocks away from the property and trailer parking is available at the property. If it’s your lucky day, you will see manatees, dolphins, snook, redfish and stingrays right from the dock. Excellent fishing, restaurants and nightlife all on the river or by vehicle.
