Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Visit medieval Dunster & castle by car or steam train. Recently refurbished with a modern rustic feel and wood burner. Please state number of guests when booking. Vegetables home grown and available through summer months, pick your own raspberries June/ July. With have breathtaking views, dark skies, endless walks and bike tracks right on the doorstep. If you want to relax, unwind and enjoy this area of outstanding beauty this is the place to be.

Steam Railway Shepherd’s Hut, Somerset

The Railway Hut is a self-contained shepherd’s hut for two, with luxuriously comfortable double bed with all seasons duvet. En-suite shower room with complimentary toiletries. Kitchenette with all the basics ready for your arrival. For the chilly winter evenings you’ll find a cosy log burner laid and ready to light. Outside facilities include designated parking, private outdoor seating, bbq and fire pit. We also have secure bike storage.
