We fell in love with Rafe & Lisa's property. It was spacious, comfy and cozy and had ton of amenities. If you have a small family, this place is for you with their backyard wiffleball field and firepit. Make sure you say hi to Rafe, Lisa and Maggie (their adorable and chill dog) as they are upstairs and available if you need anything, they were available either via the app, cell phone or doorbell. Anything you needed they responded promptly to. Even though it's a little bit away from the main Lancaster area (25-30 mins), we never felt like it was a long drive to get to there, plus the town of New Holland &East Earl (Shady Maple) is literally a quick 5-10 minute drive. The beds were super comfy, slept like a rock. They had a full kitchen setup and a very nice touch was a bottle of Sparkling Cider, waters and homemade cake rolls waiting for us. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are looking for a getaway to Lancaster County, thanks for being amazing hosts Rafe & Lisa.

We were pleased with the ease of check in and check out. Everything was neat and orderly. We had plenty of towels and wash clothes. Our granddaughter enjoyed the toys. It felt like home away from home.

This was a lovely place to stay. The only thing that we noticed was that you could hear all the movement upstairs. We understood that we would be staying below the owner's living area, but we were surprised by how much we could hear. But overall, it was very nice.

Kate, I've run a BnB for 21yrs. We just closed it at the end of 2023. I must say, your place is exquisite. All the amenities you provide are so thoughtful. The place is clean and decorated so nicely. We had a great stay! It was so very clean and we appreciate all of the snacks they provided. The house is adorable and we loved sitting on the front porch and seeing the horses out front every evening. We would definitely stay again.

We are a family of three and stayed at this property because we were attending a wedding at nearby Elverson. We greatly enjoyed our time in this well-appointed tiny house—all of our needs were met and we were thoroughly satisfied with the thoughtfulness by which its design met function. Our 6-year old son loved the attic, the games, and feeling at home in the twin beds. The hosts were exceptional and responded quickly to our questions and made excellent recommendations for the area. Would highly recommend for a couple or small family!

This was lovely! The RV was perfect, just like the pictures! It was so clean! All the added touches; the water feature, the homemade goodies, the slippers and robes in the bathroom , all of the kitchen supplies! Everything was perfect! The outside was so private and perfect for sitting by the fire pit or cooking on the grill! We will be back and we highly recommend it!
