When you wake up, walk on over and grab a cup of coffee from the keurig. Enjoy a walk around to see the goats and chickens before heading off for the day.

We are about 5 miles from Clinton where there are many fun places to go and theres also many restaurants to enjoy a good meal at. we are also 5 miles from Clinton Lake which has a beach and a great restaurant. The Ledger Loft, Located on the second floor of the Historic MainStay Building, is a spacious 2000 Sq Ft Loft that is perfect for hosting large families, and includes gorgeous brick architecture, the MainStay building was once home to the original Ayars Bank, and The Ledger itself was once an Oddfellows Lodge. While it being relaxing, this space is also convenient with a fully stocked kitchen and a washer & dryer located inside the apartment.
