A 5-minute walk from the shopping centre with a supermarket, pharmacy, boutique shops, pizzeria, fish and chips and cafes. A short stroll away is the Waihopai River Walkway, the beautiful Queens Park is a 10-minute walk away, and 10 minutes drive to the city centre. Please note the 2nd bed is a fold out couch (it is extra) and the guesthouse is beside our garage (so you may hear the garage door).

There is high speed fibre internet that can be boosted to over 1000mbs if required for work stays and a 50inch TV in the lounge area. Both the master bedroom and the lounge feature unobstructed views out over the water.

Great quiet little spot. 200m from the North beach & River. A 5min walk to central Riverton - supermarkets & cafes. A few minutes walk from the local golf course. You maybe able to bring your dog - please read content in ‘My Property’ re dogs. The Shack (and yard) are not child safe, please let me know if you have a young child with you. We are also on the Te Araroa Trail, so great for backpackers.
