A small paradise at the top of the mountain with a stunning view of the city and mountains. Total privacy in 14 hectares, with no neighbors nearby. Peace and tranquility with a mountain climate. It is located 10km from the center of Pomerode, where most of the city's tourist attractions are located. The access road is almost entirely paved. The ranch has ample space with a private entrance and parking, and has a brick house surrounded by gardens, orchards, streams and ponds, and a vast green area with springs that cross the ranch. The leisure area has a barbecue, wood oven and floor fire. Next to it is the pool with plenty of space for sunbathing.
