Sua família vai estar perto de tudo ao ficar neste lugar bem-localizado a 5 min do Centro e praticamente ao lado da Vila Germânica, onde acontecem os maiores eventos na cidade, inclusive a Oktoberfest. São dois quartos sendo uma suíte. No segundo quarto possui 2 camas solteiro e 1 cama auxiliar para 3 pessoas e o sofá cama aconchegante e retrátil. Possui 3 Ar Condicionados. Fácil acesso, podendo ir à pé para padaria, farmácia, restaurantes, posto e lojas.
