The apartment consists of two bedrooms with air conditioning, a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room on the 13th floor of the building. The building has a pool, a gym and a Sauna. In the neighborhood you can find many restaurants and enjoy Brazilian specialties. As the apartment is located very central you also can reach all spots in Recife in only few minutes by car or taxi.

IMPORTANT: Located by the sea, in an old and simple, iconic building, a landmark of modern Pernambuco architecture. The building's water comes from an artesian well, and may have a yellowish color. Comfortable microloft, decorated and equipped, ideal for couples. It has a compact kitchen with microwave, coffee makers, electric stove and refrigerator. TV (no streaming). The building has no parking and no place to store luggage. I recommend the Recife and Riomar malls with free locks.

Our building IS WATERFRONT. Our water is from well, but is tested and APPROVED for use. I offer mineral water at will. We have absolutely all kinds of commerce and services you can imagine, on the block, all 4 min. foot. On our sidewalk we have 2 renowned Bar restaurants and 1 cafeteria Bike Itaú, beautiful square with playground for children and pets. There is NO garage, but all the streets here are free and safe, with traffic and security cameras
