It has a 35m2 living room, a 12 metre long balcony, a kitchen, a bathroom and bedroom. It is very sunny, has beautiful views upon a palace and gardens, and not a single step from outside. This is my own home, where I live myself when in Madrid, so it is very well equipped.

Piso acogedor de 80m. muy luminoso excelentes vistas , dentro de una urbanización con piscina, gimnasio, pista de padel y zona infantil. Supermercados y centro medico a un minuto. Muy bien comunicado por transporte público (autobus) en la puerta directamente a Madrid (Moncloa) y a la estación de tren con conexion directa al aeropuerto. Cinco minutos andando al centro de Majadahonda con amplios servicios de restauración, bancos, comercios, parques etc.

This house is perfect for families with children or groups. Fully furnished and decorated with great care. I renovated it a few years ago and it maintains a rustic exterior with a modern, bright and comfortable interior. It is in a very quiet and very well-connected area, 35 minutes from Madrid and 15 minutes from El Escorial. We especially value the neighbors' peace, so unfortunately reservations for people under 25 years old are not allowed. Thank you!
