Beachfront holiday rental in Boca Ciega Bay

This was the 2nd property we stayed at of Kathy's. Great hosts in a perfect location and we will absolutely stay here again! very walkable location and a bus stop close by as well if needed. the room of beach equipment is a huge bonus! can't wait for our next trip back!

My husband and I needed a little staycation after a stressful few months. The little apartment at the beach was perfect. The location was beautiful despite the fact that the area is still recovering from a few hurricanes last year. The host was also very helpful and gave some great recommendations. The only negative thing that I can say is that my stay was too short. I look forward to staying there again.

We had a very enjoyable stay! The house was perfect for our family. We loved the pool and the location. The proximity to the beach and restaurants was perfect. The amenities that Anna provided were an added bonus...the beach chairs, cooler, etc. We lucked out when we found this Airbnb! Thanks so much Anna!

Amazing place to stay for a relaxing beach vacation!!! The cottage is adorable with a gorgeous view and you can’t beat walking right out the back door to the beach! We love staying here!

Our little family of 3 had the most amazing time staying at Randy’s place. We have stayed in area each year for 16 years. We decided we are definitely coming back. It was perfect! Everything you would need was available with plenty of backup! Randy as a host is fantastic. Thank you for letting us stay!!!

This was the perfect spot for our week stay! Beach access was so easy, great parking for the building, the balcony was a fun spot to watch the boats AND manatee visitors! We walked to Lisa's for breakfast 2 days, and it was a 10 minute walk to John's Pass! We recommend the pirate ship cruise if you have kid's- so fun! The only "issues" we had were a shower rod and the AC was being funny one day, but Kristin was so apologetic, responsive, and ON IT to get it handled! We so appreciated the beach gear, accessibility, and cleanliness! We'll definitely be back! 🏖☀️

Great little place by the beach for the price quiet and relaxing very cool…would stay again

Stayed for a weekend and everything was perfect! The location is amazing, right next to John’s pass and Madeira Beach. Nice little condo complex, quiet and safe neighborhood. Everything was as described inside. Would go back again, very happy with our stay.

      This is our second visit to this Airbnb property. We love it.       It is clean and cheery. It has a beautiful wide balcony overlooking the bay. It's a short drive to downtown St Petersburg.       Just across the street, there is the Pinellas Trail for those of you who are runners or walkers.        This visit we had some difficulty because as a result of the hurricane, the elevators were not working. This required us to walk up and down 8 flight of stairs whenever we left or returned to the property.        We reached out to our host Caio who graciously arranged an accommodation since the lack of elevator definitely impacted our enjoyment of the property.       Incidentally whenever we had any needs, Caio responded quickly to our concerns.       We will no doubt be back next year.

The communication from Joy and Sol were excellent from the moment we booked the condo until the day we left. Sol responded quickly to all our questions. The condo was beautifully decorated and well maintained and looked exactly like the pictures online. Even though we did not cook, the kitchen was well stocked with all cooking utensils you would need. There were 2 bottles of complimentary wine and a nice card from the host. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins and manatees swim by. The fan on the balcony was an added bonus. It kept the air circulating so that you could enjoy the balcony during the day. The swimming pool was very close to the condo and all the grounds were well maintained. Items for beach was also available for our use. It included chairs, umbrellas, cooler and even beach towels. We will definitely stay there again and will recommend to all our friends. Thank you Sol and Joy for a wonderful week.

We loved our stay at Matthew’s place in Tierre Verde, FL. The host gave us some great recommendations for restaurants and activities to do. This condo is also very child friendly and made travelling with our 2 year old a breeze. The condo was spotless and fantastic! We will definitely be back!

Wow great place and great hosts!! Conrad had no problem adjusting checkout time because we lost two days of our trip because of Tropical Storm Debbie and our plane was to leave much later that day. They also got in touch with us to see if we were doing well and if we needed anything because of the storm. Place was well equipped. We were 6 and it was great to have a shower that had its own door so that others could get ready in the bathroom. There was a half bathroom downstairs too! Just minutes to the beach, Dollar Tree, liquor store and Winn Dixie!! We would definitely stay here again!!

Great little crash pad with easy access to the beach. Well kept pool. Easy walking

Marina was very responsive and flexible with early check in. The place was very clean and had all the beach things we needed but couldn’t bring (chairs, cooler, umbrella). We had a great stay!

Perfect place for a family vacation location is great . Beautiful apartment the only things that weren’t the best but is not owner fault is parking if you have a tall vehicle is limited because covered parking is low but i found parking since place wasn’t that packed but in a very busy time it might be an issue. Also pool is very small but again is not there fault is just was built like that. Place wasn’t great we are definitely going back in august

I stayed her with 2 girlfriends for a week of relaxing beach time! The condo was great, no complaints. We walked everywhere which was great since Erik's place was a 5 minute walk to the grocery store and beach! Good resturants and live music close by. One note: If you love coffee- the closest coffee shop is a mile away. Great distance for a morning walk, though!

Cute place for a get away. Communication was top notch. Sent many recommendations prior to trip which helped to plan our stay. Highly recommend this place!

I don’t generally leave reviews, but this was an exceptional place to stay! My husband even commented that this was his favorite of all the places we’ve stayed!! Check in and check out we’re both so incredibly easy. The beach was beautiful and very private and the entire building was so clean. April had everything we could possibly need, from a fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer, to linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, etc…And the views from the large balcony are absolutely breath taking. We’ve already agreed that this will be the place we book again next year!

Gem of a place. As a family of three, this place stood out and was a very calm and peaceful place. the backyard is amazing and a nice place to just relax and spend quality family time. It's walkable from John's Pass and the beach. plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Even if you decide to drive you can get everything in a 10 minute drive. We will definitely be coming back again if it's available.

Second time we have said at this apartment complex and the condo was spotless and in a great location near the beach. I loved walking on the beach daily. Maderia Beach is still recovering from last year's hurricane and the ground floor condos are all gutted. Works are ongoing but didn't affect our stay. We would love to rent the condo again.
