The property comes with a full kitchenette, laundry and microwave. We can prep for a Romantic Dinner in the property. Most of the time we are available 24/7. The home is in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood that lends itself to privacy. Beyond, there are countless beaches for fun days by the sea, expansive golf courses, historic sites, and fantastic dining and entertainment options nearby. You can use Cap Cana transport fee with in the complex by a flat rate fee of US$3 per trip.

Vivero 7 is modern oasis featuring 4 bedrooms, two with 2 full beds, one with a queen and the master with a king bed. Each room equiped with a new AC and a flat screen tv, wifi, closet and their own bathroom. The villa has a AC in the living room and dining area, and an open concept living room. The expansive terrace with a beautiful climatized pool and lush garden so guests can enjoy. A 3 minute drive to minitas beach, 7 minute to the marina and chavon. Full time staff (maid/cook) included.

Pets are subject to a $50 fee per stay. Free parking, daily pool hours until 9 pm, free access to Altos de Chavón, Minitas, and Marina. NOTE: The US$30 resort fee per guest/night for guests aged 13 or older is NOT included and must be paid to the resort upon check-in.
