The house was very nice and welcoming, the hostess Cinthya was very helpful at all times. The maintenance staff is also very attentive and helpful. I lived in those days a good experience and a family stay. The house is recommended.

It was my first time renting an Airbnb, and it turned out to be a fantastic experience. The property was stunning, featuring a private beach🏖️, and the house was very well-equipped. The air conditioning on the first floor functioned perfectly. Mr. Adan was very nice during check-in, and I had good communication with Carlos. If you plan to stay for more than a few days, I recommend bringing your own towels and toilet paper, as the nearest stores are 20 minutes away.😬 Definitely, I recommend this place - Casa 🏠 Carpena. This great house was the place chosen for our family reunion after 7 years and we had an amazing time! A quiet place with all the amenities you need to enjoy the days. we even played volleyball, with excellent sound equipment to liven up the days and a nice pool for the days where the tide was a little strong. We enjoy long walks and some of us took the opportunity to practice some fishing in the surrounding areas. Every day ended with a spectacular sunset. The team that works in the house is the maximum. We are very grateful to Dilmer, Roxana and Lola who served us as kings during our stay and cooked us super rich dishes! The 3 are super kind, listening and willing to help us. Each of us takes a special memory of the occasion and this special place for its beauty and comfort.

Everything is very tidy and clean, the social areas are very nice, a few meters from the sea.

Had a great long weekend at Pontemare! Super relaxing and can’t beat the sunsets!! We visited with our daughter and wife’s family. Big thanks to Charo and Danny for all the attention and delicious food. 100% recommended!!!

House in front of the beach, quiet, there are no places nearby to go out, but if you are going to spend a weekend of disconnection it is ideal, you can order food delivery and buy things before arriving at the house.

We loved the house. My parents loved it and everyone was very comfortable. Cesar the host took care that we are comfortable at all times. He guided us at all times and always pending. We were very happy and grateful for everything.

My family and I had a great time. We have no words to express how beautiful the house is, fully equipped, cozy, quiet and beautiful. It includes a cleaning service with Mrs. Monica, who is super nice, and we also accept the service of a person who cooks for us, Mrs. Fiorella, every day we applauded her because that food was the best in all of Canoas. Excellent place for a relaxing vacation, the pool is beautiful and the attention spectacular, makes you feel that they care at all times that you are having a good time and always waiting to solve all the doubts and comforts. The house has everything it describes, it is also super cozy, a pleasure to have spent the holy week in this place where I am sure I will return.

The very nice place, spectacular sunset the area is quiet the good house facilities with private pool and direct beach exit, recommendation to make it easy to get to know the surroundings by vehicle by distance, recommended place to have a good holiday.

In general, everything was very good, communication at all times, our inquiries were very quick. The facilities were as described, rustic looking and facing the sea, we only would have liked the pool to be larger since we were 14 people with children, otherwise everything was ok. Mrs. Nora was very friendly and very rich cuisine. Recommended.

The interior is well equipped, with a kitchen, refrigerator, and a living room with enough room for the people we stayed. In a few words, an excellent place if what you are looking for is tranquility and good view.

For Chilean tourists, like us, it is important to make the connection from Tumbes airport, Sky has good offers but they arrive at Piura airport, 4 hours away. It is very important to stock up before you arrive, in addition to having the information of shopping places from the first days for accessories. It is also a very good option to hire services to cook you typical food from Peru in the apartment itself. Carrying tired repellent and sunblock. Highly recommended place.
