Holiday rentals with a patio in Boedo

Antes que nada agradecer a Ines por su amabilidad y estar atenta todo el tiempo a mi llegada y salida del departamento, siempre amigable y contestando cada una de mis dudas. El checkin y checkout flexible fue muy importante para mi. El departamento muy limpio, cómodo y con todas las facilidades para una linda estadía. Muy buena ubicación, de fácil acceso al tener el subte cerca y con varias opciones gastronómicas. Sin dudas para recomendar y volver a alejarme en un próximo viaje.

Our recent stay at this elegant apartment in Buenos Aires was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the apartment's charm and its truly wonderful location, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The host was exceptionally attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed and responding promptly to any questions. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, providing a much-needed restful night's sleep after our days of sightseeing. We did encounter some minor issues with the apartment's temperature during our stay, but we were very pleased with how efficiently this was managed by the host. Their quick response and effective resolution ensured our comfort was restored without delay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Buenos Aires. Highly recommended!

The apartment is very well equipped and is very suitable for a long-term stay. It was clean and felt cosy. I would definitely stay there again. The gym had the equipment exactly as shown in the pictures. They close some time in the evening for the night (22 or 23), so just make sure to double check this from reception before, if needed. The laundry room is open 24h and is well equipped. You either need Argentina phone number for the mobile app or tokens. I used SMS Virtual app to fake the phone number. The host was very responsive and answered quickly, even though he was not in the country and couldn't assist directly. The area is well guarded and secure. I recommend.

I can not review this exact space, since I got a free upgrade to a bigger apartment in the same building! But my stay there was amazing, and the host replies very fast, checks in every now and then how everything is going. The rooftop pool is lovely, spent a lot of time there :) Overall great to stay, would definitely come back!

Estuve una noche y la experiencia fue excelente. El departamento está muy bien ubicado, en una zona tranquila de Palermo pero cerca de todo. Limpio, cómodo y con todo lo necesario para una estadía corta. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue rápida y clara. Lo recomiendo sin dudas.

This Airbnb has an excellent location in Palermo soho. Everything is in walking distance; restaurants, shops, bars, even a 24hr market. The apartment itself is clean and well kept. Definitely would stay again.

Great place to be! Felt a the streets a little to empty at the begining, but then realized that we were very close to San Telmo and Porto Madero, great location, quiet windows and modern apartment.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment and would like to highlight the things we appreciated most: The apartment is beautifully furnished with modern, good-quality furniture. The TVs are excellent, . Another important point is the level of service — Michael was always available and very responsive, which made everything easier and more pleasant. The location is also quite good: there are many options nearby for grocery shopping and cafés, and Recoleta is within a reasonable walking distance. All in all, it was a great stay!

Mas hermoso que en las fotos, muy comodo, muy buenos con los horarios para llegar antes, lo zona es linda no hubo ningun problema y los ruidos no eran molestos.

We were in Buenos Aires for our son’s wedding and had another son and his wife staying with us. The apartment is the second floor of a grand old house in Belgrano, a beautiful, safe neighborhood. There were places for good breakfast and lunch nearby. We enjoyed the large spotless kitchen and the comfortable tv room. The bed’s are enormous and quite comfortable. Our friends who are from Buenos AIres saw it and asked for the contact information. We highly recommend this apartment, but we are used to city sounds of buses and traffic.

Estuvimos alojadas un grupo de 9 amigas por un fin de semana. La casa es super cómoda para grupos grandes además de estar muy bien ubicada y cuenta con todo lo necesario, no tuvimos que llevar nada. Lucía se comunicó desde el primer momento con nosotras y nos recibió para hacer el check in, e incluso gestionamos un late check out sin problemas, ella siempre muy amable. Volveríamos sin dudas.

An absolutely gorgeous house in one of the nicest areas of Buenos Aires. I think the house is even better than described and the photos! Also, Yanina was super responsive, helpful and really kind. Definitely would stay again if I’m back in BA!

El lugar es super cómodo, todo tal cual la descripción y las fotos. La zona es bastante tranquila, varios comercios cerca del lugar y la estación de subte a pocos minutos. Christian siempre estuvo dispuesto a responder dudas y brindar soluciones ante cualquier situación. Me sentí bastante cómodo durante mi estadía en el lugar

Been staying for 6 months. Long story short: 10/10. It is located inside the block, so you don't have street noises. When there is no construction in a house nearby (I was unlucky, so I had a lot of noise), you won't find a more restful place than here. Safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants and cafés. Coble stone streets that slowdown the already little traffic. Extremely beautiful patio and plants. Everything is exactly as in the pictures. Neighbors are incredibly kind too and if you love cats, you will be visited by the neighbor's cat often. What I didn't like too much was the bed as it makes a lot of noises when turning around in it due to the type of frame. Besides that, the place is absolutely beautiful. You will love it. The hosts are the best I ever had, available as quickly as possible, replying within minutes, trying everything to make you feel at home and taking care that you have everything you need. 100% recommendation.

Muy buena la experiencia en el Airbnb de Alan. El departamento es bonito, espacioso y cómodo. Esta muy bien equipado y todo funciona de acuerdo a la descripción. Muy bueno el jacuzzi. Alan respondió de manera rápida y eficaz ante cualquier duda o consulta.

Todo perfecto. Muy lindo lugar y zona. Volvería!

El alojamiento es tal cual se muestra en las fotos, es un edificio moderno y el dpto está impecable. El único inconveniente fue el agua caliente que el primer día nos duró menos de 5 minutos pero me contacté con Nataly, contestó de inmediato y luego no tuvimos problema. Nataly siempre estuvo atenta a los mensajes. Sin duda volveríamos!

El dpto está muy bien, y el checkin automático es muy conveniente. Hay algunas detalles que se podrian mejorar. En balance diría que la relacion precio calidad es muy buena.

lugarcito pequeño y hermoso en el corazón de recoleta, desde donde se podía caminar a muchas de los principales puntos turísticos de la ciudad. David siempre estuvo al pendiente de nuestras necesidades y fue miy amable. Lugar seguro y agradable

El alojamiento es espectacular, con un acceso al edificio muy seguro y una zona residencial bonita y tranquila, con todo tipo de negocios al rededor de edificio, lo cual hace el alojamiento ideal. El alojamiento se encuentra en una zona céntrica, con diferentes opciones de movilidad. Los anfitriones se mantiene en constante comunicación y siempre están ahí para lo que los necesites. Me siento muy agradecido con los anfitriones de este alojamiento por haberme tratado tan bien y haber hecho de mi estancia la ideal para poder disfrutar de la hermosa ciudad de Buenos Aires.

Estadia impecável, apartamento muito limpo, arejado, amplo e climatizado. Destaque especial aos quartos, com uma bela cama e roupas de camas de otima qualidade além de cortinas blackout, dificil de encontrar em BA, juntos ao silêncio extremo do local, favorece noites de sono perfeitas. Banheiro tb merece atenção positiva, amplo, limpo e bonito, sem aquelas banheiras antigas e cortinas de plástico. Enfim, ótima localização, próximo a vários restaurantes, confeitarias e comercios de palermo, pra quem gosta de caminhar, vale a caminhada pelo bairro até chegar no parque de palermo. Luisa foi muito gentil e prestativa. Tudo nota 10.

This place is breathtaking! Unbelievable view right over the famous Ricoleta cemetery. Wrap around balcony perfect for sipping wine and watching the sunset that is right behind the cemetery. Fabulous kitchen and modern clean bedroom, and HUGE closet going into bathroom, plus a second half bath so both of you can get ready at the same time. Restaurants and clubs right on the street below - which does lead to a bit of noise at night on weekends, but nothing awful or that earplugs can't fix (which I didn't need as I'm a sound sleeper). The hot tub on the top floor overlooking the cemetery is also fun, and we were the only ones there so had it to ourselves. Would not hesitate to recommend Soledad's place!! The location cannot be beat in Ricoleta!!
