Great place. It's a bit quiet inside the society campus, which I liked. The beach is within walking distance, and the house has all the necessary amenities. I think a few more basic cooking utensils would have been better.

The check-in process was smooth, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. Apartment was spotless and very comfortable. Our interactions were with the co-host Rianna. She was extremely proactive, friendly and responsive with our requests. She was instrumental to us being able to have home cooked meals at the Airbnb. Thanks to her, we also had an absolutely amazing Thursday at a local music festival, which we'd have missed if not for her. Definitely would love to stay here again when I'm back in Goa

We had a lovely time at the villa. It was super peaceful and relaxing, just what we needed to unwind. The breakfast served every morning was amazing...fresh, tasty, and a great way to start the day. thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa. Villa is very spacious with large rooms, large balconies and an amazing dining pool area. Furniture, linen and Kitchen were top notch maintained and this was the best villa we stayed in. We moved across multiple properties during our stay. Mobile network signal isn't that great here and so is the case in most of Goa the caretaker and the host both were accommodative and tried their best to do as much as they could. Cleanliness & Hygiene were never an issue and the vibe of the property is very different. you could spend hours enjoying the different spaces of the property be it pool, room balconies or the terrace. Absolutely worth the money and would recommend everyone to stay at this place if a little travel isnt an issue.

We had an awesome stay at this huge villa — truly a luxurious experience! The location is great, and the villa comes with a top-notch music system that added to the fun. We especially loved the pool and the spacious parking area. A big shoutout to Mukesh, the caretaker, who was always available, super helpful, and an amazing cook. He really made our stay even more comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing, high-end getaway!

The place was very private and comfortable. It was located a short distance from panjim city which was great given the city is noisy and busy. Beds were very comfortable air conditioning was perfect and during a brief power outage there was backup power for fan and light. The private car parking was also helpful and convenient. The terrace options are nice to relax and unwind.

EVERYTHING IS FANTASTIC, STAY WAS REALLY REALLY GOOD

A cosy aesthetic and quiet place. 5 mins walk to beach/ beach shacks and actually gets sea breeze during parts of the day. The open goa-style windows on all walls made for a great ventilation. A view of green fields from most windows is added bonus. The studio room itself is well equipped as described and is good to take care of needs of two people for short or long term stay. All appliances were fairly well maintained and functioned properly. Ritu as a host was proactive and helpful all through. One of the very few Airbnbs I’ve stayed at that truly deserves more than a 5-star rating in every aspect! Madhwendra has meticulously planned every detail with thoughtful touches throughout the home. We stayed for 5 nights, worked remotely, and cooked all three meals daily without any hassle — the kitchen is fully equipped. The swimming pool is exceptionally well maintained and cleaned every day. The beach is just a short walk away, making it perfect for early morning or evening strolls. The house itself is beautifully designed and has all amenities that make it feel like a home away from home. With 3 ACs running efficiently, we never felt the Goan heat while working. Truly a hidden gem and by far one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had in Goa. Highly recommended!
