The room consists of a king-size bed, seating area with smart TV, wardrobe and kitchenette with kettle, toaster, microwave, and mini fridge. It is self-contained and is close to Goodwood, Chichester Theatre, great bike routes, local pubs and, of course, the sea is on your doorstep. Open-plan fully-equipped new kitchen, big comfortable sofa, TV/Wifi, separate shower room. Super king double bed, plus 2 single beds on large mezzanine floor with a sea view.

A self-contained studio situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in Felpham. Breakfast items are included, this space has a kitchenette equipped for simple meals (microwave and small fridge). Private entrance and off road parking. Situated 15 minutes walk from the coast and 10 minutes from local amenities. Oakwood Lodge

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Oakwood Lodge is a converted barn on a working farm. It is set on the edge of wheat fields and nestled in amongst a woodland area. I do allow dogs, they are most welcome. The outside space is secure for them to roam freely. There’s no grass, only gravel out the front and Woodchip bark out the back. The back has been left as natural as possible. There’s some nettles and brambles to be aware of, I do trim them back so they shouldn’t be an issue.

🌊 Flint Cottage is just 3 minutes from the award-winning beach. 🛏 Two bedrooms: the master has a double bed, ensuite shower and desk; the second has a bunk bed with double below, single above, plus a desk. 🌙 Both bedrooms and the lounge have blackout curtains, helping everyone get a restful night’s sleep. 🛋️ The lounge has two sofas (one a sofa bed), a 48″ OLED TV with Google TV, PlayStation and games. 🌸 A private courtyard is filled with plants and features a handmade mosaic table.

Coombe Cottage in Bognor Regis by the sea.

Coombe Cottage was built in the 1920s of brick and half render construction with a tiled roof. It is a comfortable family home which was extended 10 years ago to add on the self-contained annex which is offered with its own entrance at the rear of the property. The annex accommodation is on the first and second floor with stairs leading up to both floors, therefore making it difficult for wheelchair or disabled access.
