Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Bogotá

Overall, Camila's place is great! But be aware that it is the first level above the street and if the curtains are not closed, there isn't much privacy during day or night. 4 floors of buildings from 2 sides can see in from above and people walking on the street can see in from below. Overall it is manageable and ok. The thing that really bothered me is that the host wanted to communicate more off of the AirBNB platform for primary communication! (which I was told as a host is not allowed)..... However, when we needed to shorten our stay and possibly make a change the host asked us it needed to be through AirBNB. When we submitted the request there was ZERO response. Not even a Decline. That is very inconsiderate, especially when it was a potential emergency. Luckily, we were able to stay, but after that request we had ZERO communication with the host for 4 nights. Overall, a very nice property though. I may stay here again, but in another unit on a higher floor.

Daniela’s place is super cozy, warm (rare in Bogota) and you cannot beat the location. It’s in a residential area, very quite at night but three blocks away from the cutest coffee shops, restaurants and stores. The bedding was very comfortable with a down comforter and good quality mattress. The shades weren’t blackouts but the sun doesn’t hit the room directly in the am so it was manageable. If you didn’t notice yet a good night sleep is a priority for me and Daniela’s apartment delivered ! The kitchen is well equipped, super hot water comes out the shower with above average pressure and excellent for Bogota. Furniture was carefully picked, very homey. The building is super safe and the porteros are nice and friendly. We did have some issues with the circuit breaker and lost partial electricity for a day but I have to say Daniela was super responsive and did her best to take care of it in a timely fashion. She is easy to communicate with and very hands on. Overall amazing stay!

He leído algunos comentarios negativos sobre la desafortunada gente que vive en la calle (vagabundos o indigentes) y eso es parte de lo que es el barrio de la candelaria(las ciudades tienen sus problemas y retos, no todo es un disneylandia para turistas), si quieren un lugar sin gente, pues váyanse a un all-inclusive, si quieren un lugar vibrante lleno de universidades muy cerca de los museos a lado de la icónica avenida Jiménez y muy cerca del centro en un agradable apartamento con un gentil casero, pues esta es muy buena opción. Vivir las ciudades es vivir sus problemas y sus bellezas.

Overall a very nice place. extremely helpful and friendly employees. some things that are not their fault: the hotel was a bit hard to find (i arrived at night) and it doesn't have an elevator, you'll need to climb up the stairs. the price includes a decent breakfast which is delivered straight to your room. I would definitely recommend it.

Very helpful and friendly staff, nice touches in the rooms and in the building. Very nice they take your breakfast to your room every day. Definitely will use it again in my trips to Bogotá

We loved our stay at Aura’s apartment! There are many great restaurants and shops nearby, the apartment was very clean and had everything one might need, and Aura always responded immediately with any questions we had. We highly recommend this apartment; thanks again!

Wonderful apartment close to everything but also quiet. Building staff were very friendly and always helpful. The apartment looks just like the photos and was very cozy during my near two week stay. Next time I go to Bogota I’ll stay again!

El apartamento impecable, el ambiente 10/10, desde los restaurantes al rededor hasta los supermercados, hay uno en frente que es 24 horas, hay un gym muy cerca y cuadras gastronómicas a pocos pasos del apartamento! Si vuelvo a Bogotá me quedo allí de nuevo 🤩 lo recomiendo si quieren una estadía tranquila, de fácil acceso, familiar y en un ambiente muy agradable, es el lugar!

Excelente sitio para descansar. Felipe contesta súper rápido y eso merece un 10/10 porque como huésped se requiere atención inmediata cuando se presenta alguna novedad como que el código de acceso no se activa o cualquier solicitud que se requiera realizar. Siempre contestan a tiempo y con amabilidad. Es muy cómodo, la cocina muy bien dotada. Para mejorar: el sofá cama está un poco sucio, necesita limpieza profunda y el ruido del edificio que están construyendo desde las 7:00 de la mañana es demasiado molesto. La recomendación para otros huéspedes sería que preparen la ida a dormir temprano durante la noche anterior, para evitar que el ruido de la construcción, afecte las horas de sueño porque empiezan a trabajar antes de que empiezan las horas laborales y es bastante molesto pero se le sale de las manos a los anfitriones. Recomendable poner este asunto de la construcción en el anuncio para que los huéspedes sepan como prepararse para ruido intenso. Gracias por todo.

Fue una estadía muy agradable, encontré todo muy limpio, la cocina tiene suficientes recursos para uno cocinar seguido, el baño es amplio y el agua caliente llega rápido. En general el apartaestudio tiene buen tamaño y se sintió abrigado. El personal es muy educado, atento y colaborador, todas las zonas comunes son cómodas y amplias, y desde la terraza se tiene una vista muy bonita hacia una gran parte de la ciudad.

Muy lindo apartamento, es tal cual las fotos y la descripción! Super bien ubicado, cómodo, limpio y central.

El alojamiento cumplió en general con las expectativas, muy buen precio. En taxi cerca a la embajada, al simón Bolivar y al aeropuerto. La cama y sus elementos muy cálidos y cómodos, así como los utensilios de cocina y los televisores.

Está en una muy buena zona y es segura. La habitación es silenciosa pero, a cambio, no entra mucha luz y eso hace que sea muy húmeda y fría. El único ruido que puede resultar molesto son los portazos de los demás huéspedes en la noche. El baño no tiene ventana exterior y la ventilación no era la mejor. La cocina tiene lo necesario y cuando nos faltó algo, nos lo dieron sin problema. La cama es cómoda pero se hunde demasiado para mí gusto. La comunicación con Paula fue excelente. Y el servicio que ofrecen de cambio de sabanas y toallas se agradece mucho. En resumen, me volvería a hospedar aquí!

My stay was fantastic. I was in Bogota for work for four months and Vanessa's place was perfectly located, I walked to the office, no need for commuting. Nice neighbourhood, plenty of bars, restaurants, coffee shops.

I’ve used Airbnb a few times but this place really stood out. It’s so well thought. They even have umbrellas available. It was clean. Everything was very clear in terms of instructions. The view was lovely. The recommendations great. Thank you ladies ❤️ it really felt like being home.
