We had a lovely time at Dhoop Ghar, the pictures don’t do justice to the place. It’s exactly like a wood cabin in the hills, perfect if you want to unwind and read a book or just meditate. The cook Kavita was extremely sweet and helpful, always just a call away. There are great place to visit nearby but you will require a car to get there. A few private orchards are close, the South Gola area has more activities if you’re looking to explore orchards and treks around. Overall it’s a great stay with a beautifully done interior and a place I would love to visit again.

We had the most beautiful stay at The Buraansh in Padampuri. From the moment we arrived, everything felt just perfect. The property is tucked away in peaceful surroundings, far from the hustle and bustle—truly a hidden gem amidst nature 🌿. The house itself is aesthetically done with so much love and care. Every corner felt warm, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. The plush lawn area quickly became a favorite spot for our family—whether it was morning tea, evening chats, or just soaking in the serenity. A special shoutout to Ravindra and Karan, the amazing caretaker and cook, who made our stay extra memorable. His homely food was delicious and comforting, and his warm hospitality made us feel completely at home. Our parents and child enjoyed every bit of it—we all left with happy hearts and memories to cherish. A peaceful gem in Sitla, Mukteshwar! The drive from Nainital is smooth with a few manageable slopes. The property sits at the road’s end—no dedicated parking, but you can park right at the gate without issue. The lawn is spacious with fresh mountain air, perfect for yoga, breakfast with a stunning Himalayan view, or evening bonfires under a silent, star-lit sky. Rooms are clean, spacious, and felt brand new (built in Jan 2025). Bathrooms are also spotless and roomy. The real charm is the host, Varun—kind, helpful, and always around to make your stay special. There’s 24x7 house help; cooking and utensil washing aren’t included but can be arranged at an extra cost. Highly recommended for a serene, nature-filled escape!

I had a fantastic experience staying at The Whistling Cottage under Airbnb. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with all the essentials provided. The location was perfect, away from any traffic noise, in the midst of nature. The beds were very comfortable, and the ambiance of the place made it feel like a true home away from home. The hospitality and service extended by Raj (Cook) and Bipin (house keeper) were really admirable. The food cooked was superb and made us feel so at-home. A few standout features for me were: 1. Excellent service and good homely food 2. A well-equipped kitchen for cooking meals 3. Quiet neighborhood with a lovely view I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Ramgarh, Uttarakhand, whether for a short trip or a longer stay. I had a stay at varun’s homestay in Mukteshwar with my family and had the pleasure of staying at a lovely homestay that exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the place felt like a peaceful retreat — clean, beautifully maintained, and surrounded by nature. One of the biggest highlights of our stay was the hospitality we received from Manoj bhaiya. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and went out of his way to make us feel at home. And the food - Every single meal was freshly prepared, so tasty, and made with genuine love and care. When you’re traveling, all you really crave is something hygienic and comforting — and that’s exactly what we got here. We didn’t feel the need to eat out even once during our stay, because the meals at the homestay were so tasty. The only small downside was that the map route provided on Airbnb wasn’t accurate, which made finding the place a bit tricky at first. You should connect with varun for the correct location.
