Very good accommodation, a condominium of houses within a gated community. Perfect for two couples with children, close to the beach with direct access to it inside the condominium itself. Space for 1 car but you can stop another car on the street with no exit from the condo, very safe place. Lush nature, we plan to come back one day. Ivete's service very good, and the housekeeper also very friendly. Congratulations!!! Thank you!!!

Wilson was very attentive! The house is wonderful and very spacious, very comfortable and with everything we could need in our stay. Near the beach and with easy access to the highway to other beaches, plenty of green areas around, a parack to stroll with the pets, groceries in front of the beach and larger markets nearby.. that is, everything perfect!

Everything wonderful, met all our expectations 🤩 a very spacious house, all equipped with kitchen utensils, details such as an excellent quality hose makes all the difference, several tables and chairs outside, all thinking about the well-being of the guests , exactly as in the description, Danilo an excellent host and the beach 🏝️ a paradise, it is very worth knowing !!! We'll be back more often for sure!!

Firstly, it should be said that Ilidia is so kind! She is very easy to talk to gives you time to yourself and also to socialize if you like. She is very welcoming in her home and even helped to show around the town ! She is really amazing as is her cohost who is also very kind! The apartment itself is very airy, clean and quiet. It was a really awesome place to go for a few days. And it is really close to some amazing beaches! Would highly recommend and hope to be back soon to visit! Thank you so much for everything !

Thanks Eduardo! No unpleasant surprises and the quality of the accommodation is true to the photos and description. The layout of the apartment is well thought out. This is the second time we've come with the whole family to this condominio and the apartment is much better furnished and better equipped than our first time. The beach, and specifically this side of the beach, is peaceful and perfect for families. I recommend it.

The house was very comfortable, it was clean and all the appliances were working.

The house is even more beautiful and cozy than in the photos, the condominium is a delight and quite private. The communication with Paulo was very good, and everything was as described and arranged. I recommend the house to those who want to relax and rest!

Place exactly as described, well located and with close commerce. It is on the left side of Maresias when looking at the sea. To get to the beach is just across the street. The flat was clean and with the accessories described. The pools in the condominium are excellent. Felipe and Waleska were very cordial, with clear and quick communication. In my case they were able to make the checkout time more flexible, which was very good! In case I return to visit Maresias, it will certainly be one of the options to consider.

The house is very comfortable, located in a very quiet neighborhood. Helaine was friendly and responded quickly, just like Douglas, his co-host. I would definitely host again when I returned to São Sebastião. Excellent stay.

We really liked the house, it is very functional and very well organized. We found everything we needed to spend the days. Full kitchen, bedrooms with fans (the owner warned that they were broken), however, the air-conditioners were working very well. Bathrooms with great showers, living room with TV and internet working well. Fantastic barbecue. Condominium with a game room and an amazing pool !!! We loved that part... lol We visited Boiçucanga beach, but we really liked Praia da Baleia, which is just after Comburi, not far from where we were staying. I rate our days at Teresa's house very well, who attended to us promptly and was very flexible with the check-in and check-out times. I recommend it and we'll be back for sure!!! Thanks.

The wonderful eh house, very well located, with lots of green around! And the best basically pe on the sand! Eh a gated condominium with a lot of security! An amazing place!

The stay was great. The property is great for a season with family and friends, exactly corresponding to the description on the site. The house is excellent, the condominium is very quiet, the region is very well served by beaches, restaurants and things to do. Hosts are friendly and helpful. The hydro is huge and has hot water, it only takes a little while to fill up. The condominium has an ice machine that is a lifesaver. We recommend staying.

The house is beautiful, well equipped. Sérgio and Gabi are great hosts, responding super fast and always available. A very comfortable house, very tasteful decor and close to the center and the beach.

The apartment is just like the photos posted, Mineia is an excellent host always ready to recommend places. The complex is very safe and is located in an area with very nice beaches. The island is beautiful. We hope to come back to finish touring it.
