Simply outstanding experience. The apartment itself is stunning - brand new, spacious, spotlessly clean and super comfortable for our group of 5. The hosts were very responsive, and the instructions clear, detailed and easy to follow. The location is fabulous - right on Bokarina beach. Can’t rate our stay highly enough and would definitely look to book again on our next trip to the Sunshine Coast.

Highly recommend this apartment. Very kind and accommodating. Doesn’t require ridiculous check in procedures like your drivers licence or needing you to ask permission for any visitors you may have. They were amazing going out of their way to come check on me when I had slipped on the bathroom tiles. The slippery tiles have been fixed now with non slip solution so there is absolutely no risk for slipping now. They even gave us a dinner voucher as they felt so bad for my fall. They didn’t have to do that and it was very much appreciated. Not many hosts would care enough to do that. Beautiful genuine people who care about their guests and want to make you feel right at home. The apartment was spacious and beautiful. Awesome kitchen. Great Italian restaurant downstairs but best to book a table as they get really busy. Great coffee at stoa. Thank you so much for having us stay

Daniels place was clean, well equipped and so spacious. it felt like a home away from home and daniel was so friendly and responsive, even giving us a very early check in to accommodate our needs which was so great! would definitely recommend and stay again in future 😊

This is an absolute cracker of a find, the unit is 5 star and host Christine has catered for everything with a lovely welcome basket of goodies and all the basics provided for your stay. The linens are beautiful quality. The view from the patio is picture perfect and we enjoyed our morning coffee looking at the lake and out to the ocean and evening drinks watching the ships sail past. The complex has a great outdoor pool and lounge area which we enjoyed each afternoon. Christine also provides heaps of recommendations on where to eat and we weren’t disappointed. Our stay coincided with the cyclone hitting SE Queensland so we had to leave a day early to head home and secure our house and Christine immediately offered to refund us that day, which is amazing and extremely kind. We will definitely be back for another stay.

Beautiful apartment. Very spacious and well worth the price paid. One thing worth noting is that they do ask for a copy of your drivers licence, a selfie and permission for any visitors you may have. I did voice my concerns about these requirements and not having these things clearly explained in their listing to which they were understanding and kindly waived the requirements for us. Hopefully they remove those requirements for anyone staying as I usually find those kind of requirements a turn off and won’t book in places that request these things. Other than that everything at this apartment is amazing. Absolutely perfect location. Great view from the balcony up high on the 8th floor. Great having a secure carpark underneath the building and plenty of visitor car parking under the building also. The building has an intercom system with secure fob for entry into the building. We absolutely loved everything about our stay. Our dogs were secure in the well fenced yard. Our host Sye was amazingly helpful and always available. The house itself was nice and bright we would definitely stay again in the future :)

Just spent wonderful 10 days at Helen’s place. Apartment is comfortable, clean and close to the beach. Very well equipped kitchen, has literally everything you might need. Helen responded to us very quickly every time we needed help. Building very well maintained and although there’s some construction close by, we couldn’t hear any noise from her apartment!! One of the best AirBNB’s we stayed so far.

We loved our stay here. Such a beautiful apartment with the most incredible ocean views! The apartment had everything you could possibly need for a home from home. Such a lovely welcome bag with treats. Perfect for our two small children. Beautiful heated pool and bbq area. Minutes walk to the beach and esplanade. We will be back!

We love this place so much! The beautiful view made our afternoons in the balcony very much enjoyable. All the rooms and amenities are very clean and neat. Grocery is just a walk away and we can enjoy the scenery while at it. The check-in was super easy, and very well instructed beforehand so we had mo problem at all. Greatly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay at Bree’s. Great location, dog friendly and very peaceful. Bree was very easy to communicate with. We hope to go back sometime soon!

I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment! It was spacious, modern and comfortable, with everything I needed, including a fully equipped kitchen. The bed was also really comfortable. Michelle was always responsive, friendly and helpful throughout my stay; she also allowed for an early check in! Great location with easy walk to the supermarket/shops, Cotton Tree Park and cafes. The Master bedroom and balcony face the main road so there is some road noise in the mornings but otherwise I couldn't fault it. Thanks for a great stay!

I’ve spend 3 nights in this unit with 6 of my girlfriends, we do this annually for the past 25 years. This unit is one of the very best places we ever stayed in. This Unit felt very homely, it has only 4 floors and was very quiet. It has 3 bathrooms plus extra toilet. All the furniture and the beds were very comfortable. The big balcony / rooftop had an eating area with bbq and wine fridge, whilst the other side of the Balcony had a lovely sitting area. Unfortunately the weather was not great for us to use the outside at all. The kings beach tavern, plus cafes are only 700 meters walk away, it had great meals and wonderful live music. We would love to stay in this unit again, there’s absolutely nothing to complain about. Fantastic place. Thank you

We can't say less about this place. it's very homey, clean and tidy. Will's is very accomodating and friendly too. Recommended!

Such a lovely place to stay and so spacious, 100% would recommend.

Kris and Steve were very friendly gave us an early check in, there was lots of toys and things to do in the apartment. The beds were comfortable and lots of blankets supplied for when it got cold. The kids had a little play in the water park even though it’s winter they had it heated. They left us food which was very kind. The only problem was the kids were devastated to leave! So we will be back soon.

A great location and our kids loved the pool and waterslide. The surf club across the road was perfect for an easy and delicious dinner or coffee/smoothie and the beach was beach was beautiful. A great stay!

We had the best time at Tracy’s place! The location and access to the water and resort facilities is fantastic. Such a gorgeous view - we were lucky to see kangaroos on the lake right outside every afternoon! One of the best I have stayed at. Tracy’s communication is great and incredibly responsive and the apartment was very clean. Super easy check in process. I would love to stay again and definitely recommend!

Robbie was great to deal with from the start. The room was really good for us and the resort facilities beautifully maintained. The pools were lovely to swim in and bbq area clean. Off street parking is always a bonus. Opposite the beach was a great location but Sunshine coast is a little busy for us. Would we stay again. Yes could as it’s close to family.

We had a great time staying here! the apartment was perfectly set-up, styled, close to town, easy to access. The hosts were super quick responding to any questions and extremely helpful. Will definitely be back next time we are in Coolum Beach!

We had an awesome family weekend at Doug's place. The location and views were perfect and it's a prime spot to watch the rising sun. There are bars and takeaway in close proximity and the apartment is also well stocked. We'll definitely look to book again.
