Apartment Obala - Apartment 1

This is one of four apartments in my house. The house is situated in the center of little town Bol. It is 5 minutes away from the sea and ten minutes away from the first beach. Our house is typical old autohtonous dalmatian house. It is made of stones and has been completely renovated inside five years ago. It walls are one meter thick, so you don't need an air conditioner even in hot summer days. It is on the ground floor, with a nice terrace in front of the apartment. It has one bedroom ,a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room. It can take from 1 to 4 people. It is completely equipped, it has a sat TV, wireless internet, all cooking utensils, linen and towels. There is also an outdoor grill which you can use and a parking place if you arrive by car. In the bedroom, there are stone walls like they were in the old house and through the whole ground floor there is a large wooden beam in the ceiling. It was originally a mast on a sailing ship and it took 20 villager to brought it to the house. By staying in our apartments you can really feel the atmosphere of an old dalmatian house. You can even taste original dalmatian homemade beverages. The house is situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, but very near the center. In Bol, there are lots of beaches, but the most famous is beach Zlatni rat. It is situated outside the village. It is 25 minutes away on foot from my house, but you can go there by car, by taxi-boat or by little tourist train that goes every half an hour. There are also lots of other sights to see, like Branislav Dešković gallery, an old Dominican Monastery, Dragon's cave, desert Blaca and Vidova gora, the highest peek of all dalmatian islands from which you can sometimes see Italy.

The apartment is located in a quiet environment. It has its own parking space, an unobstructed view of the island of Hvar, the famous beach Zlatni rat and the highest peak of the Dalmatian islands Vidova gora. There are 2 supermarkets, a restaurant and a pizzeria nearby. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a sofa that can be pulled out into a comfortable bed and a spacious terrace with seating and sun loungers. The terrace is protected from view and complete privacy is guaranteed. The apartment is air-conditioned with wifi access.

Located in the Sea Pearl Residence apartment house, the penthouse apartment offers an amazing sea view. It is on the second floor of house 10 meters from the sea in the centre of Bol on the island of Brac. The guests love the cleaness and the sea view. A 2-minute walk from the fast ferry, the nearest beach, groceries, restaurants, and bars.

The apartment is in the city of Hvar, a seaside town filled with charming seafood restaurants, vibrant wine bars, and charming cafes. Boat tours are a popular attraction of the port. Must go to the historic fortress to witness panoramic sea views. First beaches are 10 minutes distance, also must go to restaurants/bars at Palmižana island. If you want just be on the beach, the only big pebble one is at Pokonji dol bay and enjoy in good meals and cocktails at Mustačo restaurant.

Villa Bifora

Situated on the top of the Petrovac hill, overlooking a beautiful bay, surroundings and the island of Hvar, Villa Bifora was originally built by the noble family Didolić, with the purpose to serve as a place for the gentry to relax and unwind. It was therefore our intention to bring it back to life and restore this original idea – to offer escape, relaxation and pure joy to our guests in a beautiful setting.

Cliff House Bol

As the name implies The Cliff House is located atop a beautiful cliff on the island of Brač overlooking the Adriatic sea. From the terace you will enjoy the views of the island of Hvar and the nearby 18th century monastery. Eventhough The Cliff House is a walking distance from the old town of Bol you will be completely isolated as there are no other houses nearby, just olive trees, the sea and the sky.

Brand new modern and stylish apartment centrally located, close to the beach, and with a beautiful view. Villa Sania with private pool

Peaceful villa with a private swimming pool, only a five-minute walk to the town center and 10 min walk from the nearest beach. Accommodates up to 6 people. Villa Sania consists of two bedrooms, two living rooms, one bathroom and one toilette, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a beautiful garden with private swimming pool.

Great view from Radoš apartmants!!!
