Guesthouse "the barn"

Welcome to our newly built guest house "Ladan." A home in a quiet, rural setting just east of Uppsala. With us, you live 13 km from Uppsala C and 7 km from the E4, which takes you further towards Arlanda or Stockholm. 1000 meters from the accommodation, a bus goes directly to Uppsala C and during some summer days, you can take a steam train to the city with the museum railway Lennakatten. The guest house is located on the outskirts of Gunsta community, close to nature. In the area, there is the nice Stiernhielms Krog & Livs, where you can eat well or shop a little.

Bedroom, heated sauna by the sea

My guest house consists of a bedroom and a wood-burning sauna. Lovely balcony and outdoor shower. In the 15 sqm cottage there is a toilet, sink, fridge, microwave, porcelain, coffee press and kettle for easier cooking. On the deck, there is a gas grill. Wonderful waterfront views. Sun all day and magical sunsets. Suitable for two people, and if you appreciate sauna and swimming, this will be perfect. Located on the island of Tranholmen, where you can go by ferry 80 from Ropsten, 1/11-15/4 via footbridge from Stocksund.

Your own cabin by the lake

Relax in this unique and tranquil home right on the lake. Here you come to enjoy nature. Enjoy a morning or evening swim from the jetty 30 meters away that you share with the landlords who live in the big house a little further up. Take a ride on the lake or a walk in the woods outside the door. Close by you will find the outdoor area Fjällnora and if you want to get into town, it is about 20 minutes into Uppsala city where you will find all the selection of restaurants and shopping you can imagine.

Small cozy guest house on a leafy plot. 400 meters from the cottage is Lake Mälaren. Here you can swim at a jetty or small beach in the summer and ice skate in the winter. Close to a beautiful nature reserve with barbecue areas and nice forest. The cottage has a room and bathroom. It has a small, but fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. There is a bed (140 cm) as well as a folding guest bed (70 cm). In the bathroom, there is a washing machine, shower and toilet. Sheets and towels included.

Här har du chansen att bo centralt i Uppsala nära sevärdheter och många restauranger. Gångavstånd till Uppsala Centralstation. Husbåten ligger i Fyrisån vid Stadsparken. Båten är utrustad med enklare badrum med duschkabin och separett. Kök med kokplatta, kyl/frys och ugn/micro. Sängplatserna är fördelade på en 120 cm säng och 160 cm på sovloft samt en extra madrass. På däck kan ni sitta under parasoll och njuta av stadens puls. Båten fungerar även på vintern och ni kan njuta av vedkamin.

Huset har dusch, toalett, enkelt pentry, braskamin och vedeldad bastu, En oas som för dig som uppskattar livskvalitet och inte vill bo i centrum. Sovloftet har två madrasser direkt på golvet och nås via en stege. Taket är lågt, så här gäller det att omfamna sin inre katt och krypa smidigt in mot madrasserna 😊 Mysigt, charmigt och inget för den som vill stå raklång i sängen😉 Lakan, handdukar ingår.

Fridfullt och centralt beläget boende med massor av charm. Belägen i ett lugnt läge vid en grönskande park har man 7min promenad till citykärnan, restauranger & caféer. Gott om parkering och harmoniskt ljusinsläpp genom hela bostaden. 2st fungerande kakelugnar, furugolv, nytt badrum samt rymligt kök. Bostaden är ca 70kvm och det finns bäddsoffa ifall man är 4personer. Området är ett av Uppsalas mest attraktivaste där man har nära till allt som staden har att erbjuda

Cozy private apartment in Årsta, Uppsala. Separate entrance, free parking, WiFi, Netflix, full kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Sleeps 4 adults + 2 kids in 3 bedrooms. Located 20m from a park with playgrounds, 5 min walk to forest, 15 min walk to supermarket & health center. Peaceful area, though some noise from upstairs may occasionally be heard. Note: access is via a staircase down, not suitable for guests with mobility limitations.
