Un muy buen lugar para poder quedarse, muy buena ubicación para conocer las principales atracciones del centro de Tarija caminando. Cerca al Mercado Central. El anfitrión pendiente en todo momento y encargo al administrador del edificio para atendernos en todo lo que se necesite. Camas comodas y un ambiente tranquilo a pesar de estar en un lugar céntrico.

The apartment is stunning!!! Totally well equipped!!! The location is perfect, really close to supermarket, good restaurants and night life. My colleague and I came for work. This is definitely perfect for business trip also for families and tourists where u can see the Jesus statue throng the window. Plus, Daniel is really welcoming and helping. The communication was great. Anyways, highly recommend people!

todo súper bien. el piso es lindo, entra mucho luz y hay todo que necesitas. tania es muy amable, atenta y da buen consejos. si hay algo que falta o no funciona siempre está para ayudarte. muy recomendable. no está muuy cerca del centro, pero sale en frente de la casa un autobús, es útil.

It was my second visit to Bolivia as I settled to become a Temporary Resident and pursuing my studies in a new country. The centralized location allowed me to easily visit Migración and other locations with ease, especially during the Civil Strike when transport options were severely limited. The center is within 7 - 8 mins walk for variety of cuisine and art by local folks. It was the beginning of Summer, so when it became too hot, the pool provided the opportunity to cool down and relax. It was a great experience and Herman helped with my transition to making Bolivia my new home.

I was very happy with my stay! The complex consists of several flats, all of which can also be found on AirBnb, kind of like an aparthotel. The flat is large, especially the bathroom, and the equipment, especially in the kitchen, is modern. Nothing was lacking. For those who care: There is a Smart TV with Netflix and co. You can reach the Teleferico station Sopocachi in 5 minutes and Plaza Espana, where you can find most of the minibuses (the public transport in La Paz). There is an in house laundry service and the flat is thoroughly cleaned once a week for longer stays (I was there for 1 month), including changing bed linen, towels etc. All in all, a top service! Muy recomendado el alojamiento, está súper bien ubicado, el lugar es amplio y cuenta con las comodidades necesarias para tener una estadía placentera.

El anfitrión, excelente, respondió siempre inmediatamente a nuestras peticiones. El departamento muy cómodo, limpio, estratégicamente ubicado y además el personal de portería son sumamente cordiales.

La verdad es que todo estaba muy correcto!

Beautiful, spacious and modern apartment, lots of light, lovely art, rugs, furnishings. Above a five star hotel so we used the pool and restaurant which was great. Felt like a cool and peaceful haven, above the jungle, watching the birds circling. Was perfect to cook, catch up on washing and relax when we had been travelling for a while and a base to have excursions around Santa Cruz. Very flexible allowing a 4 am check in for a very early morning flight. If you find this apartment, we highly recommend it, definitely book it.

Recomiendo este alojamiento, siempre tuve respuesta rápida y el departamento tiene todo lo que se necesita para una excelente estadía. Esta muy bien ubicado sobre una avenida principal donde se puede ir caminando a lugares de conveniencia. Me sorprendió que tenga cafetera de espresso en la cocina y aproveche para comprar un buen café para preparar. Mi hijo aprovechó la tina y tomó un baño para relajarse después de un largo día de paseo por La Paz. :-)

El apartamento es muy lindo y cómodo. La zona tranquila. Roberto el anfitrión, una excelente persona, muy atento y lleno de atenciones. Cuando uno llega al depto tiene todo lo necesario, incluso un detalle de bien venida y una nota muy amable. Recomiendo ampliamente este depto.

Me sentí como en casa, el departamento es muy cómodo y la ubicación es estratégica. La comunicación con Cristina fue excelente. Sin duda será mi elección en mis próximos viajes.

Bij aankomst was er wat verwarring, omdat we een ongebruikelijke tijd aankwamen (half 5 smorgens). Dit hadden we wel afgesproken maar was niet bij de medewerker die we smorgens spraken bekend. We kregen toen een gratis drankje terwijl onze kamer gereed werd gemaakt. We zijn heel vriendelijk geholpen. Het is een fijn hotel met heerlijk ontbijt en vriendelijke mensen. Ze waren ook altijd beschikbaar via Whats App voor alle vragen die we hadden. Een aanrader.

El alojamiento de Ignacio era estupendo. Nos sentimos muy cómodos. El piso es enorme y fue perfecto para nuestra estancia prolongada en Sucre. Está en un barrio seguro y a pocos minutos de la Plaza 25 de Mayo, restaurantes y un supermercado. Ignacio siempre respondió inmediata y rápidamente a los mensajes y también nos dio muchos consejos. ¡Gracias por una gran estancia en Sucre!

Wonderful wonderful, Felt like home – 10/10! Warm, sunny apartment with comfy cotton bedsheets and surprisingly spacious. Located on a quiet street but close to everything— because of taxi stop next-door, always a taxi available, great Bolivian lunch spots and salteñas (we went almost daily!), plus a grocery store with fresh bread just a minute away. Short walk to San Miguel’s center. Friendly people in the neighborhood. The host was kind and very responsive. I'll miss the place, would definitely stay again!

I had a fantastic experience during my stay! The host was incredibly responsive to all my requests, and whenever I needed something, she would promptly send her son over to assist. The washing machine was a huge bonus, saving me money in the long run. Most importantly, there were no bugs or rodents. The unit itself feels luxurious, and the rooftop pool is absolutely stunning. The queen-size bed was perfect for me at 193 cm tall, providing ample space for a comfortable sleep. I frequently had three to five guests over, and I never encountered any issues. Plus, the presence of a security guard made me feel very safe throughout my stay. Highly recommend!

I actually wrote Yenny a private note after my stay thanking and complimenting. This will be my go-to place in Santa Cruz from now on. Great location right behind Las Brisas Mall. The apartment itself was ideal. Super communication. Secured building. I vote YES!!
