The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

Östergård is a house with history where you live comfortably but with old-fashioned charm. Lake Bolmen is a few hundred meters from the farm and within walking distance you can reach lovely beaches or the boat that you can borrow if you want to go out and try your luck at fishing. The house includes a spacious garden with outdoor furniture and barbecue. On the ground floor there is a kitchen and dining area, a large living room, a smaller room and a lovely veranda. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with four beds, bathroom and toilet.

Boat motor 5HK can be rented, price on request. At least 18 years of age and the guest will be liable for damages.

The cottage has an area of about 100 sqm - at your disposal is a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room with fireplace, two bedrooms and a private, cozy sauna.

Year-round fishing is possible. Boat rental is available at the campsite 4 km away. The house is located with a second vacation home alone on a forest clearing. The house has 45 square meters of living space on an approximately 1200 square meter natural plot.

Närhet till skid och aktivitetsanläggningar. Möjlighet att hyra vedeldad badtunna 2 dagar 1000 kr. Huset ligger i anslutning till vårt boningshus med tillgång till stor trädgård med frigående höns.
