Tiny house situated in Porto Pollo “ paradise of kite and windsurf”. It’s is a studio full equipped. Perfect for couple or small family, there is a queen bed and a sofa bed. From the covered patio you can watch a bay and a valley. The kitchen is full equipped ( microwave, coffee machine and boiler). A second shower is situated in the patio. Wi-Fi, tv, washing machine, air conditioner are even included. Moreover there is a private parking. It is 5 km far away to Palau and 35 km from Olbia.

Un mini appartamento, tra il verde, in una tipica casa sarda per chi ama la natura, la quiete, ma anche la comodità di essere vicino ad un centro abitato dalle caratteristiche peculiari. Appartamento composto da una camera matrimoniale (a cui può essere aggiunto un altro letto), un bagno, una cucina privata e proprio giardino.

Il palazzo è incastonato nel centro storico di Tempio, "Città di Pietra", Cuore della Gallura. La casa è situata al primo piano, sopra il mio "Studiolo di Arti e Mestieri". È il frutto di un accurato lavoro di restauro e vicinissima a tutti i servizi della città. L'ingresso è molto riservato, da un androne con un'ampia scala si accede all'appartamento, composto da due grandi ambienti, cucina/soggiorno e soggiorno/letto, corridoio e bagno.
