Because it is right on the water it has a propane Cinderella Incinerator toilet and a propane on demand hot water system. The stairs are a little steep for those with mobility issues. The harbour is a highly sought location! A beautiful place to relax and enjoy a beverage on the deck overlooking the water!

Liz’s Place is located in historical Port Union, Trinity Bay North, NL. This lovely, cozy basement apartment is by a River and has a Ocean view! Guest can use the garden, hike nearby trails and is walking distance to the Sir William Coaker Foundation! Guest can visit nearby Bonavista, approximately 18 km away, or Trinity approximately 32km away. Guest will be provided with code for keyless entry before arrival. Tea and Coffee available. Melrose is centrally located between the historic towns of Trinity and Bonavista, and only minutes away from historic Port Union. Along the Shore has spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean, and Ragged Islands just off the shore of Melrose.

Your about 10 mins from Bonavista and 20 to Trinity! Its a water front property that offers such a beautiful view of our Catalina Harbour! If you love to kayak, just launch it in the back yard! Perfect for sea-doos also! Sorry but I don’t allow Pets!

A classic sea side cottage with so much heritage charm. Many of the original architectural details on the exterior have been restored. This property is located in a historic Bonavista neighbourhood, known as Canaille, which was known for public houses and the fishing class. Many homes in this area of town were constructed before roads. This is why the narrow laneways snake and wave around the homes today.
