House holiday rentals in Bondi Beach

Stayed 3 days and 2 nights. This is where myself and my bridal team prepared for my wedding day. Such a beautiful place and stunning views which made for some amazing pictures, despite the rain. Very happy with our experience.

Lucette's place was extremely comfortable, clean and functional. It looked exactly like the photos and it was a great weekend away with good weather. We especially appreciated the lazy Sunday checkout which meant we all got to spend more time enjoying our weekend!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Lisa’s house. The location is perfect with stunning views of Sydney harbour. Close to everything we needed - ferry, beaches, cafes. The house was spacious & well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. And the pool was great for relaxing. Lisa was an amazing host…very friendly, responsive & helpful with suggestions. We would definitely recommend staying here and consider staying again if we needed a place in that area.

Loved staying in this gorgeous apartment. I came for a little writing-retreat and it was the perfect place to get work done whilst also feeling relaxed and comfortable. There are lovely green spaces nearby to go for walks/runs, and Potts Point is just a wonderful place to explore. There was an issue with the buildings hot water while I was there, but Janai did everything possible to keep me updated and give me alternative options too. Overall, a great experience!

House is great, location is really handy to the city. The back yard is a surprising oasis in the middle of the city.

Great stay - close to freeway so a little noisey outside but double glazing where it counts and lovely and quiet inside - Loved all the extra facilities - and plenty of cooking equipment and a well stocked pantry . Hosts were very responsive to questions and advice , and very supportive when we accidentally broke their washing machine !!!! The bush walks are beautiful right at your door and the bamboo forest at the back of the yard was so much fun. Overall it was great and we hope we can stay a bit longer

Great accomodation to stay for big family, they have everything we need in the house. The accomodation is well maintained and very clean. The view from the back of the house face randwick golfcourse and Malabar beach is just beautiful and serene. My Family really enjoyed the stay, Milan's house will be our top of accommodation list the next time we are back to the city

Stayed here for about 2 weeks and enjoyed every bit of it! In a great area that’s quiet at night and is a short bus ride to the city and bondi/bondi junction as well. Home was clean upon arrival and had no issues during my stay.

Location was perfect for Bondi, close enough to good bars and restaurants, but far enough away from the crowds, but not too far to walk to the beach easily. Huge place with all amenities thought of, perfect if you need the extra room.

We had such a wonderful time! It was the perfect spot for our wee family to explore Sydney - close to transport networks, stocked with everything we needed, heaps of character and Alexis was always incredibly friendly to deal with. Would definitely stay again when back in Sydney!

Had a fabulous stay & highly recommend! Amelia was very responsive & made the whole check-in & check-out process as smooth as possible (even gave us early check-in and late check-out). She provided a detailed house guide that included key instructions, helpful tips, & amazing restaurant recs. The house itself was as described though I would say it’s definitely more dated than it appears. The location is perfect! Amelia provided above & beyond amenities/extras (OJ, milk, champagne, coffee, sunscreen, beach chairs, laundry & dish detergent, and so much more that I’ve never gotten before). The one thing I’d call out is the house is not air conditioned - it’s noted in the listing (albeit at the bottom), but I missed it & was surprised. That said, with all of the fans, we were able to cool the bedrooms down at night to sleep fine, though adding window AC units would go a long way in keeping it cooler during the day and better for sleeping during peak summer. Thanks for an amazing stay!

The townhouse was exactly like the pictures, well decorated, cosy, large and clean. We had a great time with family and there was everything needed for a comfortable and complete family.

Perfect vacation home: We stayed at Josephine's house for 4 weeks and loved every single day of it. The location of the house in Bronte at the coastal walk is perfect. It's a 2 minutes walk to Bronte beach and a 20 minutes walk to Bondi and Coogee beach. The bus stop to downtown via Bondi junction is 1 minute in front of the house, restaurants and grocery shopping are close by. Didn't miss our car at all, we loved using public transport. The house itself is amazing. We saw the sunrise from our bedroom over the ocean, the view is spectular. We loved the birds in the backyard and the botanical garden in front of the house on the way to the street. Josephine is such a loving and caring host. We loved her warm welcoming us after our long trip from Europe with fresh bread, apples, fruit jam, delicious coffee and rose wine. She really cared and attendend to our needs. We very much wish to return. Dear Josephine, thank you so much for making our stay in Sydney unforgettable.

Really enjoyed our stay at Ryan’s. It’s a beautiful and peaceful accommodation. The natural light adds to the experience and makes the place even more special. The bed was super comfortable and I really enjoyed Sheridan sheets and towels (they are fab!). The kitchen setup is simple but very functional, and with all the food options around, it didn’t really matter we couldn’t cook. You can still enjoy snacks and all that, plus Ryan left us milk and cereal to have in case we needed it, very nice touch. The lounge room is really well done too. The bathroom is spacious and has plenty of natural light all day. I’d definitely come back again ☺️

Linh and Jack's wonderful house was probably one of the best air bnb's we've stayed at. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. They had a little guide to the area and the house which was very handy. Linh and Jack were also very accomodating with check out and extending the stay when we had to add an extra day to our trip last minute. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we definitely recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Nicole’s place! From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The house was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed. Nicole’s thoughtful touches, like leaving us food to make our stay even better, truly set her apart as a host. She was kind, responsive, and made sure we felt right at home. If you’re looking for a wonderful place to stay in Paddington with an exceptional host, look no further. We would absolutely stay here again-highly recommend!

Lovely to be close to the amazing shopping and cafes of Bondi Junction as well as in walking distance of Centennial Park. Easy to park, quiet friendly neighbourhood, peaceful lush garden. Stylish and clean, comfortable beds, lots of interesting, quirky and beautiful things to look at. Good quality air conditioners, heaters and fans throughout. We felt right at home here and will definitely come back whenever we travel to Sydney.

It was a pleasure to stay in this place, and we were always delighted to return to Frank's place at the end of a long day sightseeing. Situated in a neighborhood full of character, we were impressed with the great restaurants close by. Convenient to supermarkets to stock up for breakfast and other items. Walking to the city was easy...about 15 minutes to Sydney Tower and about 30 minutes to Circular Quay and the Opera House. The property itself is immaculate and spacious with all you need for a comfortable stay. Frank was great to communicate with. Hope to return one day.

We had a great two week stay. The home is well set up and it was perfect for two families. Excellent location, just a block or two from the beach. Carport is also extremely beneficial as street parking can be tricky. The host, Stuart, has very responsive and helpful. The patio areas are a great amenity and we enjoyed the BBQ grill. We would absolutely stay again if we were back in the area.
