Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Bondy

The stay was very nice. I would highly recommend it. It was a pleasant first time. Celine and Claude are very welcoming, smiling, and offer good advice. The accommodation is clean, brand new, easy to access, check-in and check-out time as desired.

Very well located accommodation outside of Paris. The RER station can be reached in 15 minutes and you are in the heart of the city after a 20-minute drive. Communication with the host is quick and uncomplicated, the accommodation (especially the kitchen) is very well equipped and the bathroom is modern. For Paris stays, where you want to leave the car without having to look for expensive guarded places, the accommodation is perfect.

Nice spacious pool house with modern feel.The crocodile (statue) in the floor is a cool feature and the area is super nicely located at the river Marne with lots of walking and cycling space. Playground and little cafe in the park within a few hundred metres. Very convenient for travel into Paris by RER. Bakeries and supermarkets all in walking distance. You stay on owners property which is just stunning and has parking too. Friendly hosts that are very responsive.

Cozy, safe, very close to Sevran-Livry RER line. Our home was spotless, charming and just right for me and my adult son and daughter.

I have just returned from an amazing five nights in Paris. Nathalie’s place was my base and it really felt like a home from home. It was equipped with everything I needed, including a coffee maker with excellent coffee, and tea making facilities. There is a shop very close by where you can get supplies. It was very hot while I was there but there was a fan so I was able to keep cool especially at night. As a lone female traveller it felt very safe and secure only a 10 to 15 minute walk from the nearest station which was 15 minutes into Paris, and there were always other commuters going in the same direction even when I came home very late one evening about 11:30 pm. Nathalie was very friendly and welcoming, and very quick to reply to emails if I had any questions. Lovely Anya, the cat was always on hand to welcome you back at the end of a busy day, she is very sweet. I would definitely recommend this lovely little apartment in a peaceful setting.

We absolutely loved our three nights in Damien’s house! It’s so beautiful, full of gorgeous art and objects. The neighbourhood is also lovely. And it’s such a comfortable and well-appointed place to stay - we’d recommend it to anyone.

Matthieu was a great host, super friendly and I felt I could ask him for help if I needed to.

Good accommodation near Paris on a budget. The apartment block is quiet and private, accessed through a secure gate. It was hard to get our large family van inside, but that's Paris for you. To avoid confusion, the apartment is in the 2nd of 2 courtyards once inside the compound. At first we struggled to find the key box because we were looking in the first courtyard. The nearest train station into Paris was a 15 minute walk with our children, probably faster if just with adults. There's a good selection of affordable restaurants in Bondy.

We had a wonderful stay at Kevin’s place. The space was exactly as described. Clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything I needed. Kevin was a responsive and welcoming host who made check-in smooth and stress-free. We especially appreciated how it was fully equipped with all that you need. It made a great home base during our trip. Would definitely recommend staying here and would be happy to book again!

Wow what a man, human being, helped alot during my trip even super responsive, guided me even how to save money and not to over spend. Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Julian's accommodation is highly recommended. Although this is a bit far from Paris, you can get there quickly with the regional train. We had a nice stay there and would book it again at the next opportunity. Merci Julien!
