Holiday rentals with lake access in Bonita Springs

The house is a true gem! Beautiful comfortable and it has everything you need. Super family-friendly, everything has been thought to make you feel at home. The pool is beautiful and the summer kitchen is amazing. On top of that Romy goes above and beyond to make sure you have a good time and he’s super responsive. We are very happy we picked this house and we will come back!

This is the second time we've stayed at this house, and the third time with Marc and Anne as hosts. They're great! The house is very complete, tidy, there are plenty of towels and the kitchen is a 10. I recommend opening the windows and letting the sun in. It's a super bright house. The patio is always our meeting place: between the pool and the barbecue. We had a problem with the dryer, and Marc was absolutely prompt, attentive and helpful. The weather didn't help, but we still had a FANTASTIC time. The house has bicycles, which we enjoyed riding around the neighborhood, which is beautiful. Thanks for having us once again. We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home! From the moment we walked in, everything was spotless and felt incredibly welcoming. The space is not only aesthetically stunning but also super comfortable—it truly felt like a home away from home. Every detail was thoughtfully put together, and it made our stay so relaxing and enjoyable. Also, Sally the host was beyond helpful and very kind. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and stylish place to stay in Bonita Springs.

I’m so glad that several other properties failed to respond to a boat question we had, which led me to finding Villa Agua Vista. Tonya responded to all my questions quickly or would always get back to me when she didn’t have an immediate answer. From start to finish Tonya was super easy to work with. Always helpful and very quick to respond. Definitely delightful and personable - a super host for sure! The property and its amenities were amazing. We used the kayaks a couple times and some of the fishing gear came in handy. The spa and pool were rarely lonely. We decided to replace our usual spring break on the sand with some place to moor a boat and it was great. The house was top notch, all the basic simple things were waiting for us. If you want to find something to complain about, I seriously doubt you can or would. The photos don’t do the home justice but they also don’t lie. So don’t over think it and just book with Tonya.

5 star review from Ohio! We loved Lorraine’s home! Besides the big things we were looking for, pool for the kids, canal for fishing, Lorraine made her home so inviting and comfortable for our stay! The home was clean, style and decor is beautiful, comfortable bedding, TV’s in every room, best shower I’ve ever had! We will most definetly recommend to others and would love to come back! We came to Cape Coral to fish with family in the area. This place had everything we needed to be comfortable and have the best time. The canal did not disappoint, we were able to catch jacks, snappers, and lots of cat fish. Gary responded immediately when we had a question and we would definitely stay here again!

Andy's place was perfection for our girls weekend! We couldn't have asked for a better accommodation. Pool was amazing and the private beach an incredible added bonus. Bedrooms were perfect and very comfortable. Wifi worked great and appreciated the Netflix! Everything was perfect and Andy was awesome. Very kind and responsive throughout our stay. 10/10 would stay again! Thank you, Andy!

Beautiful clean apartment. The view was amazing. Quiet neighbors. Bed was very firm innerspring mattress. Pillows were awesome and the extra blanket in the closet was nice. Towels were fluffy and huge. Price was on par with neighboring hotels.

Linda’s place was clean, homey, well maintained, and convenient to where we were visiting. Because it’s a gated community, it was tricky at first understanding but Linda is very responsive and helpful. Linda’s checkout rules and other expectations were totally reasonable. We’d recommend this place for anyone who wants a quiet place to stay in Bonita Springs.

Arthur’s space was exactly as described perfect location close to all amenities. I would certainly stay with him again.

My very first Airbnb and I'm sure it will set the standard for any future ones that I use. Super convenient location, plenty of parking, right on the canal so you see the dolphins and the manatees at any given point. I met Lori in person and she helped me with everything that I needed and was super kind. I spent a week kayaking the island and there are so many places to go that you don't have to leave the island once you get there.

Place is very quaint...right on the water. Couldn't get any closer to the water! We had the place all to our selves which was a bonus. The only thing is right now there is road construction directly in front of the cottage so you can't walk to anywhere. The town has started to rebuild after the hurricane but you can see the devastation. Once the town rebuilds, this place will be fabulous. In the meantime, we are grateful Lisa has rebuilt her place and that we could stay there in very short notice. Thank you Lisa.

The space and especially the outside area overlooking the lake is absolutely beautiful. The check in/out process was a breeze and the host is very communicative and helpful. No complaints! I would definitely stay here again!

Daysi was a super host. Place was amazing clean and peaceful to take time out of everyday work day. Me and my husband needed time off from the world and daysi place did that. I will be back for another getaway.

Friendly owners, private location and a clean place to stay. All you could really ask for. If ever in Fort Meyers again, I would certainly look to come here first.

This home and stay was absolute perfection. From the super clean and GORGEOUS entry to the phenomenal view and heated pool, this place felt like a home away from home with a little slice of paradise. Everything about this place was amazing and we would stay here a million times over. Couldn’t think of a better place to lend a relaxing and yet still perfectly fun vacation!

An absolute beautiful home! Kayaking on the lake was definitely a core memory for the kids. Having a ping pong table in the garage was a real life saver for us since it rained nearly everyday we were there. Sometimes the rain would stop at night which was wonderful because then we got to enjoy the hot tube. The only things that could use improvement are the primary bedroom curtains and better pillows other than that this home is absolutely perfect!

Olivia is an AMAZING host! She was very easy to get ahold of and communicate with and was extremely accommodating. The location of this stay is beautiful - right on a pond with exciting wildlife - birds, turtles, etc. and walking distance to the beach. Clean, nicely updated. No complaints whatsoever!

We had two families and we both enjoyed our stay! The house was very accommodating for both our families with kids. We all enjoyed the salt water pool and patio. The information binder provided gave clear instructions for our stay and provided many recommendations for restaurants and activities to do. Stu and Cathy were very helpful and even personally check on us during our stay!
