The South Fork begins as it flows out of 20 mile long Palisades Reservoir in the community of Swan Valley, forming a 64-mile stretch of legendary tail-water fly-fishing. The South Fork is also a beautiful river for flat water rafting, canoeing and kayaking. Great hunting as well as snowmobiling and don't forget sight seeing! Enjoy this newly built & fully equipped 1 bedroom guesthouse. The bedroom has a King size that guest say is "very comfortable" & the living room has a fold out queen. This is a well lit & sunny ground floor unit (not a basement) with driveway parking just steps away. The side entrance is private with its own small patio and fenced sideyard. The entire place is handicap accessible. We do allow 1 dog.

The view is stunning! The home has character and charm, all the amenities needed to make your stay feel as if you are family. The horses and chickens are a delight to watch & we gathered fresh eggs. The landscaping is well maintained and absolutely stunning (love all the rose bushes). We enjoyed sitting outside on the wooden swing in the morning and relaxing in the hot tub in the evening. Bonus- only 30-45 minutes from GTNP!

Just to mention there’s only one window AC in the living room, not centralized, we had to keep our bedroom doors open to allow room to cool. An absolutely amazing place! Very conveniently located for those not wanting to stay directly in Jackson or by the park! Only a short drive to that area, over on the beautiful scenic drive! Not too far but no too close either! We loved the sunsets every evening off the back porch. The house itself was very cozy and had everything we needed to cook dinner with the grill! Will definitely be returning ❤️

This spacious basement was perfect for our stay as we were visiting family in town. We were able to have a few family guests visit during the day and didn’t feel cramped as the large basement room gave us space to visit. It was very clean and the most reasonably priced Air B&B in the area.
