Kitchenette including microwave, hot plates, pots and pans, fridge and toaster also provided. Air conditioning newly installed. Enjoy your own peaceful oasis a short five minute drive or fifteen minute walk to the beautiful Hervey Bay beaches and a short five minute walk to shopping and convenience stores. Self-contained studio apartment with kitchenette & your own private bathroom. You have separate access to the laundry & backyard. This studio apartment is close to a major shopping centre, RSL, restaurants, pubs, corner store with takeaway and the beach. The room itself offers free Wi-Fi, Netflix, split system air-conditioning & coffe/tea facility. Off street parking is available under the shade sail but please remember I too need to park my car in the driveway, so please park to one side.
