Condo holiday rentals in Boothbay Harbor

Unit was very clean, situated in a quiet residential area and within walking distance to many of Portland's best bars, restaurants and attractions. Host was communicative and provided clear guidance on check-in/-out procedures and offered up suggestions to local attractions. On my recommended list - dinner at Twelve (one of the best restaurants in the US, IMHO); on-site food truck tacos washed down with a Hazy IPA at Bellflower or Austin Street Brewery; an everything bagel with lox & morning latte at Forage; the East Promenade for a food truck lunch, then a stroll along the waterfront trail to the port area for an ice cream cone at Gorgeous gelato; afternoon coffee at Double Great Coffee; and a post-dinner whiskey @ Independence Ice. Only downside on my visit was the upstairs neighbor. Dude clearly isn't a principal dancer in the Portland Ballet, as light on his feet wouldn't describe him. Not a stereo or TV issue - you can just hear the noise from him walking (8AM-10PM when there)

Such a lovely stay! The view of the beach was absolutely beautiful, and the location was perfect—just a short walk to local stores and great restaurants. The space was very clean, cozy, and ideal for a mix of relaxing and fun weekend getaway. Highly recommend!

The place in Brooklin was delightful. We arrived at the edge of the season so got to enjoy the surrounding area mostly to ourselves. Our hosts were kind and welcoming and not overly attentive. They got a kayak out of storage and took it to the dock for me which gave me a lovely morning on the nearby cove. They also gave us a later checkout which was really helpful to not have to jump up and get things cleaned and packed. My mom and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and didn’t want to leave! Everything about the cabin was well thought out. We loved having a fire and looking at the stars from the dock! Mark and Laurie were fantastic, friendly hosts and made us feel right at home. We would love to come back someday!

Easy quick getaway for ski/snowboard trip

This place was great! Comfortable and clean and a very nice kitchen. Everything is new and spotless. Great value for a one night work trip.

This was a great find and enjoyed our 3 week there - We got to meet a few neighbors, and they were very nice as well - Very close to restaurants and Wells Beach - WIFI worked great as I work from home and the tip about leaving the second car at the Wells Transportation Center helped a lot ! Danielle was great with communication and rules - We would stay here again

Lovely, clean apartment with a terrific location! We highly recommend and hope to return soon--maybe even for Pumpkinfest again next year. Thank you especially for the extra blankets, that was such a kind gesture.

Great location. Everything within walking distance. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Great water pressure in the shower. Well equipped kitchen. Feels like a very safe area and has a free parking spot. Would absolutely stay here again.

What a great little apartment! We stayed for three nights including Christmas and were delighted to find that the place had been decorated for the holiday. The bed is extremely comfortable, the shower has good water pressure. The location is perfect: a quiet street that is 10 - 15 minutes’ walk from the old port area and countless wonderful restaurants and shops. We loved that we could bring our dog and he also gave the place two paws up. We would certainly stay here again when visiting Portland.

This home was just perfect for a few days of R&R for my sister and me. The apartment is perfectly appointed with everything needed for a relaxing and easy stay. Kudos to the designer - the space was the perfect blend of a lovely aesthetic and function. I will certainly be remembering this little gem for the next time I'm in Portland!

James and Jeni were excellent hosts. James or Jeni got back to me quickly if I had a question and often checked in to see if we needed anything. The apartment was spacious, super clean and cozy. The furniture and beds were new and comfortable and the kitchen was well supplied. We loved being on a quiet street and just a quick walk to the town. We will definitely come back.

Great location (definitely check out Pedro’s across the street). The place was clean and well stocked with necessities. Beds were comfortable, pillows were good, curtains would have been nice due to the early sunrises.

Nick and Kyla’s place was wonderful. It was perfect for our group. It looked exactly like the photos, and it was very clean. The location was perfect for getting around the Portland area with many things right in walking distance. Our hosts were very friendly and responsive, and their instructions were clear. I would definitely recommend staying with them to others.

A very quick, 30 second walk to where you can strap on your skis or board, and ski to the nearest lift. This airbnb provides a true ski in/out experience. King bed was very comfortable. Huge TV. Lots of restaurants nearby. A perfect set up for a couple or individual.

Kathleen’s Ogunquit Airbnb is perfect! She has thought of everything you may need and more. Kathleen was responsive when needed and communicated helpful details throughout our stay. The location is fantastic and made exploring the Maine coastline very convenient. Thank you, Kathleen!!!

Great place to stay with an awesome view of white heat!

This was a perfect spot for me and my 2 kids, on their first ever ski trip! The location is excellent for getting on and off the slopes at Sunday River. The outdoor hot tub was an excellent way to cap off a cold day on the mountain. The host was extremely responsive, and got back to me with questions quickly, and was super helpful with everything I asked. I would stay here again and would recommend to friends and family.

Julie’s place was very nice and very clean. The location was great, right across the street from the ocean. The kitchen was well-equipped and there was even a small basket of treats. Julie responded very quickly to any messages we sent. We would highly recommend this place.

Will was a great host before and during our stay. He communicated well with me ahead of time with simple and easy to follow directions to (and instructions for) his place. Will’s condo was perfect for our family of four (children aged 9 and 3). We came up for Spring skiing and enjoyed the annual end of season Pond Skim and festivities in South Ridge which was easy walking/skiing distance from his place. It was great to be able to ski home for lunch and to have a break in the middle of the day. The grounds at Fall Line were awesome as well: our kids loved the common room, games, the pool, and the snow out the back door where they played on a sled. Very comfortable, clean and perfect spot for our first, but not last, visit to Sunday River. Thanks Will.

I just got back from a wonderful stay at Baci Salati "Salty Kisses" condo at Belle of Maine. The condo is cute and cozy. It was very clean and has all the amenities needed. It is in a great location near restaurants, beaches and the grocery store. Evelyn is a wonderful host and was very easy to communicate with. I'm looking forward to staying there again in the future.
