Very comfortable accommodation in a lovely part of Liverpool

I had a lovely stay at this flat in Liverpool! The place was super clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed. It’s right in the heart of the city, so everything was within walking distance restaurants, shops, and attractions. I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again!

Doreen's is perfectly located with beautiful views across the trees in Prince's Park. The flat had everything you might need for a stay and is really well appointed. Check-in was easy and Doreen was friendly and provided is with all the info we needed for our stay. We loved being so close to the park and enjoyed doing Parkrun during our stay and made the most of the restaurants and cafes on Lark Lane for brunch and our evening meal. Liverpool City centre is a short 15-20 minute bus ride away with lots of bus routes stopping a short distance from the flat. The only slight downside was that there was a strong smell of smoke in the bathroom which meant that we had to keep the bathroom door closed and windows open to air the flat. I feel like this was coming from other flats close by and wasn't anything that the host was responsible for, but wanted to make others aware.

Een heel fijn appartement in een mooi appartementengebouw. Echt 1 van de beter verzorgde appartementen in Liverpool. Zit op een fijne loopafstand naar City centrum Liverpool, winkelcentra zijn goed bereikbaar (stuk lopen is prima te doen) en busstops goed in de buurt. Prettig om vanuit hier Liverpool en als je wil bijvoorbeeld Manchester etc. te bezoeken. De communicatie met (het team van) de eigenaar is echt uitmuntend; denken fantastisch mee en zijn pro-actief! Ook de mevrouw van de schoonmaak die we troffen, was erg vriendelijk. Enige minpuntje is dat het appartement in een wat minder verzorgde omgeving staat (Liverpool heeft voor Nederlandse begrippen veel zwerfafval), maar daar heeft de eigenaar natuurlijk geen invloed op. Al met al zeer tevreden over dit appartement!

Adam and Zak were the perfect hosts. The flat was immaculate and styled gorgeously with the most comfortable bed in the world. Was a very hot so very grateful for the floor fan that we took to help sleep. The sash windows let in a nice breeze too. Bear in mind the flat is on the 2nd floor so quite a few stairs to navigate and on a main road so will need to park out front to unload before finding a car Park. We used Mount pleasant which is a 5 min walk away and costs £6 for 24 hours. Recommended the Spice Bloom restaurant up the road for a wonderful Indian meal. This flat is in a lovely location, close to Sefton Park and Lark Lane. with numerous choices of restaurant. The bus stop into town was just around the corner, with frequent buses to Liverpool City Centre. There was so much to see and do and we were amazed by the architecture. The Catholic Cathedral is definitely worth a visit. Everyone we spoke to was so friendly and helpful. If Speedo Mick, the musical is still on at the Royal Court, do go and see this. Liverpool is a beautiful, clean city.

We loved this flat! 2 couples and a teenager. We all had our own spaces and the kitchen had all we needed for when we decides to eat in. The bathrooms were spotless- along with the rest of the flat. Easy access to buses to Liverpool town center and Queens Square for train. A lovely walk through a green space park to Anfield Stadium. Daniel was quick to respond to any questions that we had. A wonderful stay!

Beautiful, spacious and clean flat in great location at a very reasonable price. All necessities required for our stay were provided. Simon met us for check-in and showed us round. Would happily return if ever in Liverpool again.

We chose this flat as affordable accommodation for visiting Liverpool with friends. It is equipped with everything you need. We were able to park in the street for free. Quiet area with an Aldi and One Stop 2 minutes walk away. The train station is approximately 15 minutes walk from the flat taking you into Liverpool Central station. There seemed to be a bus stop at the end of the road that would also take you into Liverpool, albeit not something we used. The accommodation was great for our short stay.

The studio apartments was modern, clean and tidy. It was reasonably close to places we wanted to go and buses were very close and worked well. Because the location had changed we were a little confused at first with the location because it was based actually in a conference centre that is only used on weekdays. This did mean access is slightly complicated but once we’d taken all this on board it proved to be great.

Took my other half to Liverpool for his birthday and this apartment was a brilliant find for us to stay in. Great location where you could walk to the centre or the docks. Rachel was a fab host who gave very clear info and instructions for check in and check out. The apartment was spotless, everything clean and tidy. Brilliant host and brilliant place, would definitely recommend.

Nice apartment with all the essentials. Comfortable bed. The only thing is the bed is wooden and creeks with every move. Prime location, super central. Easy to access. Good system. Elevator seems to be out of order for a while. Quite a few flights of stairs. Stuart is friendly and responds quickly.

really enjoyed staying at John's place- the flat is in a great location and was warm and comfortable. a little bit of the decor was a little tired, with holes in the sofa and a lot of marking on the walls but it never really took away from the place. really nice little touches in the bathroom (make up towels and hygiene products) that I've never seen before in an airbnb so a real plus.

Thanks for having us in your lovely home, Nicky. Great views from the house, a quick walk to cafes and restaurants and the beach! The house was very spacious, the kids enjoyed playing all the games in the cupboard, and the buckets and spades left out for us. Nicky was extremely helpful giving local recommendations as well. Couldn’t have had a better weekend

Stayed here for my boyfriends 30th and had a great evening inside the property. There was 15 of us all together and there was so much space. The pictures really don’t do the property justice on how much space there really is. The layout was great for such a social gathering. Rooms were spacious, well heated and comfortable. We didn’t go out so I can’t comment on the location in terms of restaurants, bars, distance to liverpool centre. But if you’re planning on staying in, I would 100% recommend this property. Thank you!

The apartment is close by the liverpool lime station. It is fully equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. It is clean and to walkable distance to all nice places in liverpool. We find the price fair for what is being offered. The host is responsive and clear, I would recommend to stay there.

Had a great time here, really nice place to come stay, very clean and well looked after. And the views nearby are amazing.

This was our second visit to Lynne's place and once again we had a wonderful time. Lynne was a congenial host and the apartment had everything as described. A two minute walk takes one down to the River Mersey foreshore with paved footpath alongside, and Anthony Gormley's "The Men" can be seen en route. From the kitchen the view of the garden and over to the West Lancashire Golf Course is delightful. Parking right outside and short walk to train station were a bonus. We look forward to another return visit one day.

Lovely apartment, extremely clean and beautifully furnished. Best hairdryer I’ve ever used (GHD)! We had a little trouble finding the entrance and the lovely guy at check in came out to the street to find us. The location is perfect, so close to Albert dock. We enjoyed our stay. We stayed in the Lapis room. If you are a light sleeper I’d suggest ear plugs as there is a gate nearby for residents that gets opened and closed at night (not too many times though) and early-ish delivery vans. Normal to heavy sleepers won’t have a problem.
