We stayed at Hemashanthi Latha’s villa for two days, and from the very first moment, we were impressed by the warmth and hospitality of the aunt who took care of us. Initially, we were a bit confused about the location, but she kindly came all the way to the main road to pick us up. She welcomed us with tea and water bottles, which was a thoughtful gesture after our travel. The villa itself was even better than we expected—comfortable, clean, and truly gave us the feeling of being in a cozy, local Sri Lankan home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place, especially for couples looking for a peaceful, authentic experience in Sri Lanka.

We had a very comfortable stay at this accommodation, which was perfect for a relaxing holiday. The surroundings were peaceful with no disturbances, making it an ideal getaway spot. The host was exceptionally kind and welcoming. He runs this small-scale rental to support his family, and I’m truly glad to have contributed in a small way. A nature haven near and far enough from Colombo We wanted a couple of days away from the bustle of the city. Located just 30 minutes from the city centre this place was an ideal getaway. Our family of 4 (2 little kids) enjoyed the quiet surrounds of nature. The house is nestled in greenery that meets the eye from every room. The minimalist modern furnishings and fixtures let us truly relax, exactly what we wanted to do without any agenda. We enjoyed cooking in the well equipped kitchen. A pizza dinner was had on the main road. Lots of amenities, restaurants and fast food chains, even the mega store Arpico meant we didn’t have to worry about food and drink. And yet this place is so tucked in nature that we could hear birds and all manner of nature in the early morning hours. This place struck me as a great place to host a few couples and families for a weekend of relaxation. Also positioned well to jump on the motorway southwards etc. Highly recommend for one and all!

The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions, shops, and restaurants. Excellent place for a couple or a family of three. It is an independent unit. A huge bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, the single room has excellent air conditioning. It's neat and clean. It is well situated near a number of restaurants, such as Nelum Kole, which is only a few meters away. Everyone, even cab and tuk tuk drivers, is familiar with the well-known Sri Lankan restaurant Nelum Kole. Many supermarkets, vegetable stores, hair salons, and laundry facilities are within walking distance, including the closest large town , Maharagama. During our visit, Sarath's brother in low Gamini and his family next door, as well as his sister downstairs, were an assistance. There were a few necessities when we got there like milk, tea and sugar. Over the last five years, we have stayed in various apartments in Sri Lanka, and this was the nicest one. What a gem of an Airbnb! Roshan's newly built house truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how spotlessly clean it was. The kitchen is fantastically equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the bedrooms are wonderfully cozy – perfect for relaxing after a day out. The location is ideal, offering easy access to the main road, which meant restaurants and shops were just a stone's throw away. Roshan is an absolute delight as a host; his responsiveness and genuine care for our comfort were evident throughout our stay. He continuously checked if we needed anything, which we really appreciated. We can't wait to visit again!
