Vielen Dank für diesen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Das Gästehaus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail und absolut sauber. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, und als besonderes Highlight gibt es sogar einen Hot Pot zum Entspannen mit traumhafter Aussicht. Die Lage ist perfekt, um die Umgebung rund um Borgarnes zu erkunden. Ob Natur, Sehenswürdigkeiten oder kleine Ausflüge , alles ist gut erreichbar. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt. Auch die Gastgeberin war sehr sympathisch, reagierte schnell, klar und freundlich auf alle Fragen, auf Deutsch und Englisch. Ich habe sie kurz kennengelernt und den Eindruck einer sehr herzlichen, hilfsbereiten Person bekommen. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hier übernachten und kann dieses Gästehaus zu hundert Prozent weiterempfehlen!

Wir haben die Unterkunft geliebt! die großen Fenster, der Tolle Blick in die Ferne. Man merkt dass jemand Freude am Dekorieren hat. Das Haus ist sehr "Aurora-Freundlich", alles Licht draußen kann ausgeschaltet werden. Wir würden sofort wieder dieses Haus mieten wenn wir in der Gegend sind!

We stayed in places all over Iceland, but this was my favorite spot because of all of the windows that allowed us to watch the sunset. The rooms had great blackout curtains, so that wasn't a problem. We had hoped to visit the local pool, but we arrived late enough after a day of sight seeing that the hot tub was a great substitute. I was a little nervous that we might have trouble getting through the security gate or finding the place, but the instructions were so thorough. We truly enjoyed our stay, I just wish we could have spend more time here!

This lovely summer home is in an amazing location with rugged mountains right behind the house. We enjoyed exploring this area, and loved all the birds in the area. The house and kitchen were well equipped. The porch on the table was a nice place to enjoy a late breakfast. The house was just right for our family for our explorations of the Snaefellness peninsula.

Bjarney et Manuel sont des hôtes merveilleux et ils proposent une cabane tout équipée et isolée comme nous le souhaitions. Nous avons visité la péninsule Snaefellsnes et le centre de l'Islande du côté des glaciers : l'emplacement était idéal pour ces excursions. Je recommande ce logement et j'espère pouvoir y revenir lors de notre prochain séjour en Islande !

Location is 10 minutes from groceries and restaurants. Excellent location to base from to explore the Snæfellsnes Peninsula. Bedrooms are small but adequate. Hot tub was a welcome amenity to relax in after a long day of hiking and site seeing. Had a great time!

Over the top effort to make the home lovely, comfortable, and packed with every imaginable kitchen appliance, cooking utensil, pots & pans, and dinnerware, Netflix, Prime video and much more.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Ragnars Haus!! Es war alles wie beschrieben und besonders die Ruhe und der Blick war einmalig… auch unsere zwei Mädels (8 und 9 Jahre) fanden es super und hatten nie Langweile ☺️ auch die Kommunikation war immer schnell und unkompliziert

Paulina nám předem poslala jasné a podrobné instrukce k příjezdu i odemčení domu, což velmi usnadnilo příjezd. Strávili jsme tu krásné tři dny. Lokalita je klidná a ideální pro odpočinek, kuchyň je dobře vybavená, s velkou lednicí. Ocenili jsme i milé detaily, jako základní potraviny, čaj, kávu, kečup nebo připravené bačkory. V přízemí jsou dvě ložnice s manželskými postelemi, v podkroví je sice snížený strop, ale i tak se dá pohodlně pohybovat. Pobyt u Pauliny mohu vřele doporučit!

Gudny's place was amazing and the photos didn't do it justice. My family of 5 were very comfortable. We loved the updated bathroom and use of the hot tub.

We had a lovely stay at the summer house. We were in a great location to see so many wonderful areas in the northwestern parts of Iceland. The nearby town has everything you need. The house was beautiful and clean. The hot tub was wonderful as were the surroundings. There was a lovely garden and flowers which made it very relaxing. And, unlike many places you will find in I eland, there were many mature trees. Really a wonderful experience. I would recommend it strongly for families with three or fewer children.

Great location right off highway, large windows with great views and a large space to spread out and relax inside. We were greeted by a friendly dog very eager to play catch with rocks :)

Við dvöldum í bústaðnum um páskahelgina og vorum afar ánægð með allt. Bústaðurinn var frábær í alla staði — rúmgóður og snyrtilegur, með fullt af plássi fyrir alla fjölskylduna. Það var sérstaklega gott að hafa gestahúsið. Heiti potturinn var dásamlegur – fullkominn eftir göngutúra og til að njóta rólegra kvöldstunda undir stjörnubjörtum himni. Allt var til staðar sem við þurftum, og samskiptin við eigandann voru mjög góð og greið. Við myndum klárlega koma aftur og mælum eindregið með þessum bústað!

Quiet and peaceful summer house next to a sweet horse farm. Very comfortable beds and homey atmosphere. Green grass as far as the eye can see. I wish I were there right now!

Nous avons beaucoup aimé cette petite maison. Elle est confortable et la salle de bain rénovée avec plancher chauffant est un pur bonheur ! Nous y serions restées plus longtemps. N’hésitez pas à y séjourner !

Great value stay in a beautiful location. highly recommended

We loved our stay here. It’s small but cozy. Our group of 7 slept comfortably and enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. It was central to the things we were doing in Southwest Iceland. You will need to provide your own shower toiletries. Thankfully we came prepared for that. We’d stay here again.

Super logement, arrivée autonome, spacieux pour 4 personnes. Le bain chaud est très appréciable en fin de journée !
