The house is about 100 m2 in two levels and is located a stone's throw from a larger farm building in the middle of the countryside in the Småland forests. You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. There are duvets, a wood-burning stove, a sauna in the woods and the cat Doris will be happy to stay with you if you want company.

The cottage is located in a magnificent garden with an apple orchard and a forest area. Perfect for two adults or a small family.

This village is located along the eastern road but still secluded thanks to the garden. Proximity to the sea, Strandtorp or Bjärby-badet not more than a few kilometers away and only 15 km to the bridge and barely 30 km to Kalmar makes it suitable for many different day trips.

Karlevi is a cozy Öland village located next to the landborgskanten about 10 km south of Ölandsbron. During the spring, the small village street between Karlevi and Eriksöre is a well-visited stretch with its flowering slopes and fragrant lilac bushes. The village is located in the cultivated landscape of Southern Öland, which is a world heritage site.
