A beautiful apartment in a super location just a couple of minutes walk to the old town. Iacopo and Loredana were on hand check us in and were super responsive and helpful in giving local recommendations. The flat was super - recently renovated with lots of great touches (charging cables, really strong aircon, coffee and biscuits) and the spa bath was obviously a highlight too! Would definitely come here again when back in Genoa

A wonderful vacation in Liguria and we can only thank Cinzia and Gerardo, two truly exceptional hosts! Exquisite people, always smiling, welcoming and of a rare kindness. They made us feel right at home, with valuable tips on what to visit and where to eat. The house is in a fantastic location, with a breathtaking sea view. The garden is spacious, well-kept and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. The location is strategic: just 5 minutes from some of the most beautiful places in Liguria such as Varigotti, Noli and Finalborgo. It was an experience that we will carry in our hearts. What a wonderful stay. Feels like home . Everything you could want.

Maura proved to be a kind and very welcoming host. The kitchen available was very well stocked. The bathroom is as clean as the entire property. A small, very quiet corner of paradise in the middle of nature. The external structure, completely covered with ivy, makes it one with the surrounding nature. Recommended for everyone. 10 minutes from Finale Ligure and the beaches. Excellent starting point for trekking, climbing and biking.

We were guests in the Walter apartment for 8 days. We were very happy with the large apartment very satisfied. Everything that is needed is available. Finalborgo, which has a very beautiful old town, can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes. The way home takes a little longer, as the last 300 m runs over a somewhat steeper climb. We arrived with the mountain bikes. There was a lockable room. I was also able to charge my e-bike there without any problems. The landlords were very friendly. I can fully recommend the apartment. Nice recently renovated accommodation (the bathrooms are new), in a quiet residential complex but close to the sea, without particular climbs on foot and with an elevator. It consists of two double bedrooms, large living room (also with sofa bed), kitchenette and double bathrooms. Parking space and garage. Fully equipped, with impeccable cleanliness, new bed linen. Elasticity on check-in/check-out, great communication with the host. Tested at Easter, but for summer vacations, a parking space included is a manna. I recommend it without hesitation.

Unfortunately, we were only there for two weeks, In the apartment, you immediately felt comfortable. Massimo is a great host and a great person, Bravo. The tips he gave us regarding the region were extremely helpful. If you had problems or questions, he was immediately available and took care of everything. We left with a tear in our eye, but we all agreed that we would come back as soon as possible. Next time, I promised you that my Italian will be better 😉 Thank you so much for letting us be your guests

A fantastic apartment in the heart of Genoa. The apartment was large and beautiful, and had everything you need and we are so happy with the accommodation. The only thing we missed was AC when it was hottest, but most windows could be opened so it was good to ventilate. We would really recommend this apartment and the host and would love to come back again!

We only spent one night in this beautiful apartment, but it was enough to appreciate all its qualities. We were four friends and we had a great time: the apartment is very spacious and has two very comfortable double bedrooms, both with a wonderful view of the sea. At night, with the windows closed, you can hear the sound of the waves. The location is perfect: very close to the parking lot, the center of Pietra Ligure, and the beach. Sara was very kind and helpful from the start. His directions were always clear and precise. We will definitely keep it in mind for our next trips to the area.

We have been visiting the Finale/Varigotti area for many years and we had never found a little house with a window in front of the sea. In fact, everything in Varigotti we have always found houses with prices inaccessible for us, so this time there was a miracle. Sleeping and waking up to the sound of the waves, with our favorite focaccia under the house, it didn't seem true. The house was simply perfect as a location and very cozy. Check-in was very easy... leaving was very difficult, we would have stayed another two weeks:)

Perfect stay, beautiful location in the old town. Very well maintained, secure and with everything you need for your stay. The balcony is lovely both for breakfast and for quiet time in the evening. Lots of lovely places to eat nearby and easily accessed from the train station. Albegna is very lovely - don't miss this perfect opportunity to stay in the heart of it all.

Perfect for smaller groups with the two bed rooms. Clean appartment with a nice balcony and amazing views of Monforte and beyond. Super location in walking distance from everything you need in Monforte. Second stay in the appartment, and will absolutely come back again.

Elena is a very pleasant Host. She is super helpful and friendly. He also recommended where to dine and showed us a bit of the strategic points of the area. The home is fully stocked. Elena even offers intimate towels for women. In the morning we also received warm and fresh croissants, and we had everything available for breakfast. The view from the apartment is spectacular and when we went we didn't even pass too many cars that bump the atmosphere. Unfortunately, we did not use the pool because it is still a maintenance period, but we saw it and it is very nice. The garage is spacious and close to the apartment. Included in the spaces there is a very large terrace, cozy and equipped with loungers, shade or sun, preferably, barbecue and table with chairs. Really beautiful stay!! The only downside, not for us, if you don't like long walks, in the surroundings, you can't walk to the places as a first necessity

An unforgettable stay in Genoa! Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The accommodation is even more beautiful than in the photos: tastefully decorated, clean, warm and very well-equipped. Every detail has been carefully crafted. The rooftop with hot tub is a real gem, offering beautiful views and an incomparable moment of relaxation – a real plus that makes the experience unique. The location is ideal for exploring the city, and everything was exactly as described… or even beyond our expectations. I would 100% recommend this BnB for an exceptional stay in Genova.

The apartment is beautifully located on the slope above Bergeggi and offers a fantastic view of the sea – a real highlight! The place was very clean and the kitchen well equipped, so nothing was missing. The balcony seems bigger in the photos than it is. Nevertheless, we had enough space to eat outside and enjoy the view of the sea. The communication with the hosts was great – friendly, fast and straightforward. Only small downside: the house is a little clairvoyant. Nevertheless, we felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!

Place for people enjoying sea, mountains and italian style of holidays. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Nice balcony, and reserved parking spot. Also small swimming pool at the roof. We were there for the second time (first time 3 years ago), so you can see that the place is not brand new, but still in a good shape. We can recommend.

We had a wonderful stay in Sanremo, the flat was very clean and welcoming, better than we expected. There is everything you can need during your stay. We enjoyed staying here and we would definitely recommend it to others. It is a close walk to the center of Sanremo or with the bikes Filippo offers. The pool was not yet open at this time of the year, but this was not an issue for us, we knew it upfront. We would definitely choose Filippos flat once again if we come back to Sanremo. Started our vacation here with a few days and it was just right for us. A very pretty place, both Piazza and Mondovì. You can walk down comfortably and take the special train or the bus back up. The apartment is in the middle of the village, parking is still no problem. The two of us had plenty of space and everything we needed. The terrace is a bit sober, but the garden you walk around the house is spectacular. You could just spend the day looking into the countryside and using the pool every now and then, which we had all to ourselves. Carlo was very straightforward and friendly, communication was fabulously responsive and easy.

Very pleasant stay! Federico was very responsive and accessible throughout our stay, responding to our messages quickly and with a lot of kindness. The accommodation was perfect: well located, spacious, and very well equipped. It really felt like a home away from home! I highly recommend this host and this place for a great stay!
