A wonderful vacation in Liguria and we can only thank Cinzia and Gerardo, two truly exceptional hosts! Exquisite people, always smiling, welcoming and of a rare kindness. They made us feel right at home, with valuable tips on what to visit and where to eat. The house is in a fantastic location, with a breathtaking sea view. The garden is spacious, well-kept and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. The location is strategic: just 5 minutes from some of the most beautiful places in Liguria such as Varigotti, Noli and Finalborgo. It was an experience that we will carry in our hearts. We felt at home immediately. Alan was a great and friendly host who helped us a lot. We hope to come back as soon as we can.

Breathtaking views, having breakfast, and seeing the sea from the big windows is worth the whole trip. In the evening we had dinner on the large terrace that is equipped with a table, chairs, and a rocking chair. The room was cool, there are also mosquito nets on the windows. The nice kitchen is bright. In a few steps we arrived at a very nice free beach. Walking a little more along the sea, you can also easily walk to the center of Loano. We will be back 🙂🌞🌊

We have been visiting the Finale/Varigotti area for many years and we had never found a little house with a window in front of the sea. In fact, everything in Varigotti we have always found houses with prices inaccessible for us, so this time there was a miracle. Sleeping and waking up to the sound of the waves, with our favorite focaccia under the house, it didn't seem true. The house was simply perfect as a location and very cozy. Check-in was very easy... leaving was very difficult, we would have stayed another two weeks:)

Everything is fine , the only problem encountered was resolved in a few minutes,even though it was Easter day,congratulations, thank you Andrea, we will definitely see you again Claudio

Great communication. Easy, flexible check-in. Beautiful apartment, modernly furnished. 3 balconies with sea view, garage box if required 4 minutes away. Approximately 200 steps down to the center. You are very quickly down (5 min) and yet the apartment is in a quiet residential area up on the slope with a beautiful sea view.

The apartment is very nice and welcoming. Located in a quiet area, it is between Loano and Pietra Ligure, so that both are easily accessible on foot. Paola was very helpful, flexible and friendly in providing information regarding the reservation. Highly recommended!

Very clean accommodation, which is the most important thing, the images corresponded to reality, quiet environment and without disturbing noises, Emilio is a super sociable and helpful person, ready to take care of any problem or request, the most beautiful part of the accommodation is located in the external part (courtyard), consisting of a garden, a hot tub with a projector in which you can project any movie you want and in addition a shower in which you can wash before entering or leaving the hydro massage, in short, impeccable accommodation and very helpful owner, I recommend it!

We are guests at Maddalena and Riccardo's place x 2 days, and I have to say that it was like being at home!! Everything is very clean, nothing is missing!! From coffee to detergent x wash!! We only spent one night in this beautiful apartment, but it was enough to appreciate all its qualities. We were four friends and we had a great time: the apartment is very spacious and has two very comfortable double bedrooms, both with a wonderful view of the sea. At night, with the windows closed, you can hear the sound of the waves. The location is perfect: very close to the parking lot, the center of Pietra Ligure, and the beach. Sara was very kind and helpful from the start. His directions were always clear and precise. We will definitely keep it in mind for our next trips to the area.

Perfect stay, beautiful location in the old town. Very well maintained, secure and with everything you need for your stay. The balcony is lovely both for breakfast and for quiet time in the evening. Lots of lovely places to eat nearby and easily accessed from the train station. Albegna is very lovely - don't miss this perfect opportunity to stay in the heart of it all.

We recently stayed in the apartment Chill&Hill and it was a fantastic one. The apartment was beautiful, clean and tidy. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep. The pool was lovely and perfect to relax in. Viki was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to others!

Elena is a very pleasant Host. She is super helpful and friendly. He also recommended where to dine and showed us a bit of the strategic points of the area. The home is fully stocked. Elena even offers intimate towels for women. In the morning we also received warm and fresh croissants, and we had everything available for breakfast. The view from the apartment is spectacular and when we went we didn't even pass too many cars that bump the atmosphere. Unfortunately, we did not use the pool because it is still a maintenance period, but we saw it and it is very nice. The garage is spacious and close to the apartment. Included in the spaces there is a very large terrace, cozy and equipped with loungers, shade or sun, preferably, barbecue and table with chairs. Really beautiful stay!! The only downside, not for us, if you don't like long walks, in the surroundings, you can't walk to the places as a first necessity

Excellent location! Really a delightful place with excellent services! Very clean apartment, with sea view and terrace with barbecue. It's a true paradise for children, they've really thought of everything to make them happy. Our four-legged friend Lemmy also enjoyed the garden. Really exceptional experience, we will definitely be back!

The apartment is beautifully located on the slope above Bergeggi and offers a fantastic view of the sea – a real highlight! The place was very clean and the kitchen well equipped, so nothing was missing. The balcony seems bigger in the photos than it is. Nevertheless, we had enough space to eat outside and enjoy the view of the sea. The communication with the hosts was great – friendly, fast and straightforward. Only small downside: the house is a little clairvoyant. Nevertheless, we felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!

Place for people enjoying sea, mountains and italian style of holidays. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Nice balcony, and reserved parking spot. Also small swimming pool at the roof. We were there for the second time (first time 3 years ago), so you can see that the place is not brand new, but still in a good shape. We can recommend.

We had a wonderful stay in Sanremo, the flat was very clean and welcoming, better than we expected. There is everything you can need during your stay. We enjoyed staying here and we would definitely recommend it to others. It is a close walk to the center of Sanremo or with the bikes Filippo offers. The pool was not yet open at this time of the year, but this was not an issue for us, we knew it upfront. We would definitely choose Filippos flat once again if we come back to Sanremo. Thanks for everything!

Started our vacation here with a few days and it was just right for us. A very pretty place, both Piazza and Mondovì. You can walk down comfortably and take the special train or the bus back up. The apartment is in the middle of the village, parking is still no problem. The two of us had plenty of space and everything we needed. The terrace is a bit sober, but the garden you walk around the house is spectacular. You could just spend the day looking into the countryside and using the pool every now and then, which we had all to ourselves. Carlo was very straightforward and friendly, communication was fabulously responsive and easy.

Very pleasant stay! Federico was very responsive and accessible throughout our stay, responding to our messages quickly and with a lot of kindness. The accommodation was perfect: well located, spacious, and very well equipped. It really felt like a home away from home! I highly recommend this host and this place for a great stay!
