Extremely welcoming and very friendly host. A spacious and quiet rural apartment close to 3 lifts to the top of the mountain. Ideal! Everything super cared for!

Our stay here was amazing! The host was extremely friendly and helped us bring our suitcases in when she saw us struggling to bring them up the hill. She gave us a map of the area along with recommendations for restaurants and things to do. She was super communicative and helpful whenever we needed anything! The airbnb is beautiful and I wish we could’ve stayed longer. The view is amazing and we felt super comfortable and welcome. We fell in love with San Marino and will definitely be back with the same hosts and place!

Residence Riccardi is amazing place for staying in San Marino. The flat is in ground floor of family house with separate intrance and maximum privacy. Whole apartman was very tidy and clean with nice design thanks that you feel very comfortable and like a home. Pleasent surprise was delicious refreshment and sweets and also card for discount for tickets to towers and museum. Paola is very nice and positive woman who is ready to help you with anythink. Communication with Giulia was always cordial. The check-in and check-out, which her mother took care of, was also straightforward. The apartment corresponded exactly to the description in the advertisement – clean, well-equipped and cozy. We were particularly pleased with the welcome bread and the little things provided, such as coffee, drinking water and milk. A free, locked parking space was also available. The location is easily accessible and is relatively centrally located between the old town of San Marino and the state border - both are within walking distance, although not directly around the corner.

We stayed for 3 nights with our two children at Stefano's and we liked it very much! The location was very, very quiet and you could get to the subway very quickly on foot, where we could reach all sights easily The Vatican was within walking distance. The small balcony was really wonderful for sitting outside, where we could enjoy our Prosecco, which was already chilled for us by the host. The apartment was very clean and tidy. We felt completely comfortable! We would come back anytime!

Lovely, warm apartment with great views- at the front over to Rimini and the Adriatic and a side view of the castles above at San Marino City which looked particularly good at night. The apartment had everything we needed. Chiara sent photos to help us locate the apartment and the parking space which was very helpful although it still took us a few minutes to find it! The apartment had everything we needed. Due to the thick walls, the wi-fi signal was only really good in the living room but that was fine for us. Only a 5 minute walk to the gondola taking you up to the city.

I had a lovely stay here for my short trip to San Marino! The place has a great view of the towers from below. I didn’t realize before booking that this is actually below the mountain, so either you have to walk up about 30 minutes to the city center or there’s a cable car nearby that is 3 euros one way (5 euros round trip). The place was easy to find and a short walk from the bus stop that brings you from Rimini, and it was exactly as described, clean, and tidy. Paola was wonderful - very communicative, proactive, and friendly. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks, Paola!

We really love this house and the master is so friendly to talk. The house has a big yard and swimming pool, the whole apartment clean as new house. We really enjoy the time here.
