E' distante 1400 mt. dalla fiera e a 1200 mt dall'ospedale Policlinico G.B Rossi. Dispone di garage privato con accesso diretto all'ascensore. Vicinissimo il supermercato, una pizzeria-ristorante e altro. Ideale per chi vuole avere una base non solo per visitare il centro storico ma anche i punti di interesse del nord est Italia.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. The house was spotless and well-maintained. Initially, we had some issues with Netflix on the TV, but the host quickly replaced the TV for us, which was much appreciated. The location is very convenient—only a 10-15 minute drive to the city center, depending on traffic, and close to both the airport and train station. We would definitely recommend this place for a comfortable stay!

The stay was perfect, we were received with great attention, we felt at home. The apartment is excellent, extremely clean, beautiful, large, organized, renovated and super equipped. Our family of 6 people and a baby felt welcome and everyone had total privacy. I highly recommend this accommodation in Verona. Access to the city is very simple, by bus. The region has great market options, shopping, a pastry shop, a bakery and an Eataly unit.

Cesare is a wonderful host- he really care about his guests, always ready to help, very responsive and loves Verona a lot so it shows. The apartment looks exactly as described and shown on pictures. The neighbourhood is quiet, but the road is not po’ far and you can hear it if you open the windows. It didn’t bother me at all though. It also has a small lovely garden- ideal to take your morning coffee You need to walk for about 20 mins to get to the city centre, and you need to cross a busy road, so check the pedestrian crossing. I loved my staying at Cesare’s very much and will definitely recommend it for those who want to explore Verona

Michele’s place was perfect for our quick visit to Verona! The location was great: 14 min walk to the train station and 10 min walk to the city center. Super easy to find and Michele greeted us upon arrival—he was SO kind and accommodating. He offered us tons of recommendations, and stored our luggage and printed our train tickets for the next day. The room was brand new and beautiful, equipped with everything you’d need, including cooking utensils. The AC worked great and the bed was comfortable. All around 10/10!

Very clean and tidy one of the people associated with the Airbnb was very knowledgeable their English was very clear and also give us recommendations. It is outside of Verona so a little bit of a walk there were quite a lot of roadworks which I’m gonna guess are going to be going on for awhile but value for money and the host lovley. I would always recommend.
