Holiday rentals with beach access in Bormes-les-Mimosas

We have been here the second time and this is by far the best apartment in la Croix Val mer. The apartment and especially the view towards the sea is spectacular. Olivier is also a very nice host and is very helpful. Everything was perfect

The apartment was tastefully and functionally furnished. The walking distance to the beaches and shops was very pleasant. The residential complex was quiet despite the short distance to the restaurants.

Our stay at Johan's went very well. Before our arrival, Johan sent us photos and videos to facilitate our installation. Listing was as described. The mosquito nets on each window were very appreciable as well as the view. The accommodation was clean and well-equipped. The accommodation is 5 minutes from the beach and the pool. The subdivision is flowery and charming. We greatly appreciated the responsiveness and kindness of our host. Thank you so much for everything!

The apartment is modern and rationally furnished. Beautiful architecture with a recessed ceiling and a great staircase. The location is great - in the middle of the old village, which captivates with its historic houses, the floral splendor and many restaurants. It is located in a quiet side street, perfect for quiet nights. The communication with Stephanie was great. The garage is another plus. We had a very nice time in Bormes-les-Mimosas. I had a great stay in Pascal and Chrystelle's apartment. It is very clean, well-equipped, and everything looks new. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful view from the terrace. The only small downside is that the parking is about 400 meters away and the apartment is only accessible by a narrow staircase. This can complicate the arrival and departure a little, but apart from these moments, it did not bother me at all. The location, on the other hand, is a real strong point: we are only a few steps from the charming historic center, in a very quiet alley. I also really enjoyed the contact with the hosts, who were very responsive and available throughout the stay. A big thank you to Pascal, who kindly helped me carry my suitcase on the day of my arrival — a gesture that I particularly appreciated! I'll be happy to come back... next time with a lighter suitcase! 😉

In a word: SU-PER. Great welcome and very good advice; great atmosphere of the apartment with its terrace where you like to sit whatever the time of day; great St Clair beach and great environment, the coast as well as the hinterland. A quick note on the situation: we arrived 2 days after the floods, having been reassured by Laurence and Nicolas (thank you again for the late-night exchanges) and, indeed, the media coverage was disproportionate to the local reality. Only a small sector of a neighborhood was affected (very affected, of course) but most of Le Lavandou is intact and everything works perfectly.

The owner was not present during the stay but his absence was excellently compensated by his neighbors who were charming and perfectly ensured arrival and departure. Very faithful to the description, the rental is furnished with great taste and is very functional. The private terrace provides an intimate outdoor access that is highly appreciated. Although located near the approach of one of the airport's runways, the noise (during the day only) is more of an inconvenience than a nuisance. Good equipment, comfortable bedding, efficient and discreet air conditioning. In summary, an excellent stay that will call for others, in this indeed atypical but very pleasant place located close to the Salins and Aiguade, offering shops and restaurants but also beautiful beaches and walking trails.

Loved our stay at this place. The setting is idyllic and the accommodation very clean. Nothing to say except superb. The decor is tasteful and the accommodation is very well located!

After a few hustling days in Nice, exactly what we were looking for. A great house with a fantastic pool in a beautiful setting. During the day we could relax well, barbecue something delicious and in the evening we visited St. Tropez. Karine has an excellent taste and the house both lovingly furnished and everything great and tastefully decorated... you immediately felt at home. There is a beautiful beach within walking distance, be sure to bring the bikes to explore the area. Great bike paths along the coast. Karine sent valuable restaurant tips right after arrival. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

We had a great time! The house is very pleasant to live in, bright and tastefully decorated, it is very well located: in a peaceful neighborhood, allowing you to spend the day at the old port to the north as well as in the creeks to the south. The sea view terrace (and the BBQ) is absolutely perfect for family evenings. Perfect communication with Michel and/or Raphaël who welcomed us. Check-out is just as smooth and easy as check-in. We will be back!

The views from the rooftop are stunning. It's a lovely place to sit and take in the city panorama with views in every direction. We loved sitting up there and watching the sunset. The apartment itself is comfortable and well equipped if you do want to spend time indoors. There neighborhood is nice and relaxed with some lovely cafes just around the corner, plus it's only a short walk to the nearby beach or harbour.

Her place is very contemporary and spacious. We enjoyed the location and appreciated all of the nice touches. It was bright and very comfortable. I would stay even longer next time.

We thought it might be difficult to find or too far away from town, but Matthieu's instructions were very good and the location very peaceful and not far at all from amenities or town. Because of the location we accidentally found Port Cogolin and it's Sunday market when we thought we were just grabbing brunch at Brunchini- which was delicious and highly recommended! Port Cogolin looks like a mini Venice and is the best kept secret of the area! Also visited nearby wineries (10 minutes by car). Also found a fabulous grocery store very close by and Paul patisserie. Don't miss apero time at the port, it's a fun atmosphere. Matthieu's place is beautifully decorated and very thoughtfully planned for every comfort and convenience from the lighting to the closet storage. The outdoor space is quiet and comfortable with a great view! Highly recommend staying here

Responsive host with great location

We had a great time at Nathalie's place. The exchange and instructions are clear for a simple arrival. The studio is very functional with a beautiful view! Beach 5 min walk, small shops and good restaurants nearby also 5 min walk! We'll be happy to come back! Thank you Nathalie
