We had a lovely stay. June's place was clean and spacious enough for 7 of us. It was on the side of Imago that wasn't affected by the sound of airplane. June was very responsive and even helped us find a rental car. She initially had no baby high chair for her flat but she provided one when I requested. We will definitely come back to stay again. Thank you, June. Looking forward to staying again.

Had a great stay here. Unit is super spacious and all the rooms are well appointed. Great views from the Master and the 2nd bedroom. Comfortably living room with sofa and a fully fledged and laid out dining table. Host responsive and happy to assist.

The actual condition of the room is very consistent with the pictures, the scenery is very good, the facilities are complete and comfortable, and the location is convenient

This unit @Miri Times Sq hs 2BR, ea w/ open closet. There's a wardrobe in d livin room w/ plenty of hangers. Pleasantly surprised to find a laundry hanger on the balcony, as prev reviews said it wasn’t provided. Free 5G Wi-Fi; Netflix worked well. Washing machine ws handy, w/ detergent, laundry net, & a basin provided. Shower gel, shampoo, & toilet tissue oso included. Oni downside: yellowish tap water. No filter, so we relied on bottled water. Contrary to older reviews, there wer plenty of food options nearby: X-Street Cafe, The Coffee Code, Taka Patisserie, Chagee, Secret Recipe, 24-hour KFC, and more. Watsons, Daily Mart, & banks wer oso close by. Free parking @SOHO Zone oni, but stil a bonus. Host generously provided 2 bottles of 1.5L water & free early check-in. Fresh linens & clean bath towels. Master BR hd king bed, 2nd BR hd queen/twin. Beds & pillows comfy. We slept well. Overall, the unit ws clean, well-equipped & felt like hom. Wud def stay again.

A clean, private, and secure place, perfect for families. Conveniently located with plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, massage centers, and salons just downstairs. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended! Hope to stay here again 🥰

The location is easy to find, it is convenient to go anywhere, you can walk to Jaya Street, in fact, you can also walk to the pier.The decoration is also very nice, there is hot water, the sofa in the living room is very comfortable, and the cost performance is still very high.It's just that the motorcycles are louder at night, not suitable for people who are sensitive to sleep, but it's also safer, now you have to swipe your card to go upstairs, there's a convenience store downstairs

A stunning place with beatiful view from balcony.. would recommend anyone who loves seaview to stay here.. maybe would recommend to owner to place more hangars for clothing.. overall very happy and would stay here again if have the chance..

We had a pleasant stay at Sematan Roxy in this cozy, clean, and well-kept house. The moment we opened the door, we were greeted with a beautiful sunrise view right from the room. The balcony was the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of hot coffee while taking in the peaceful sea view. Everything looked just like the photos on Airbnb—if not even better! Our host, Mr. Ang, was very responsive and friendly, which made our trip in Sematan smooth and enjoyable. Thank you again for keeping the place so clean and comfortable. We truly appreciated it and would definitely love to come back again!

The location is ideal, within walking distance of tourist attractions, shopping malls, and restaurants, making it easy to pick up groceries or enjoy local meals. Additionally, the hosts were very kind and responsive, ensuring a smooth check-in process and promptly addressing any questions we had.
